Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 34 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
GW34 is live! And what a way to start this double gameweek. A lunch time kick-off to get the blood boiling and the accusations of plagiarizing floating. Oh when the Saints/Spurs go marching in, oh when the… Nothing like a sing off to lay claim to a song by, errr an American? Well after that episode of X-factor we get six 3pm games. Including the relegation derby between Foxes and Clarets. But that is not the only fixture with relegation in the equation, Hull visit Palace in a game they must have. QPR running out of chances face the best possible match up as the Hammers have been laying down for all opposition. Sunderland visit the Britannia as they also battle for survival. In the “who cares” game of the week we have Newcastle hosting the Swans. Liverpool visit the Baggies in the first game in their double, as they look to lock up a Europa League spot. Hee hee, sorry that was uncalled for. In the last Saturday game, legend Tim Sherwood (teacher) takes on Pelligrini (student) in what promises to be a chance to count empty seats.
Sunday brings us two tasty fixtures. First the Toffees host the Fellaini led United side. One can only imagine the tears shed as Everton fans remember how lucky they were to have had the Mop, but that is all in the past now. He is sole property of the Manchester club now and their -kick it high, kick it long and let Afro bring it down- style. Sunday also treats us to the best ‘on paper’ fixture of the gameweek. The Emirates will be the sight when old Gunner favourite Mourinho brings in his eleven behind the ball side to probably grab a scoreless draw or eek out a 1-0 win. For the sake of our footy entertainment, we hope Arsenal miraculously scores first, that way the Chelsea ‘forward’ can stop holding hands with Courtois and is forced to actually take up an attacking position.
After one day off we welcome the second game for Hull and Liverpool. Hopefully this will see our DGW investments take the pitch and not be rested. Surely Hull will play their best XI with so much on the line, but will Liverpool?
In the last affair of the gameweek, we have Leicester looking to grab something, anything from the soon to be champs. Who knows how Jose will play this one out, will he finally give some of his players a rest? Hopefully you invested wisely and have picked the guys that Jose will utilize in this the tastier of their double gameweek.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Great day in front of the tele watching the results come in, I do enjoy soccer Saturday when the football league gets to the juicy end of the season, Watford are back in the big time and Bournemouth of all teams need 1 win from 2 to join them.
Kun goal. At least that’s something. Though everyone still has him.
Is anyone on suicide watch for Raz??
There was somebody. Sad to say but she ain’t with us no more. Hope she’s in a better place. A blue sky, birds and water. Sighs.
Schlupp doesn’t start: misses out on a cleansheet.
Moreno doesn’t start: misses out on a cleansheet.
Bruce doesn’t start: misses out on a cleansheet.
Dawson either benched or sold by all: keeps a cleansheet.
The FPL Gods have not been with us managers today!
Probably a terrible thing to say but all of those things made me smile a little today! Both my closest rivals brought in at least 2 of the 3 and for hits.
Nah I can understand that aha! I only had Bruce, who in in fact benched for Ward n’ all, so in many ways I’m lucky. Chase those guys down!
I’m beating them! I’m the one being chased. Never lost this league in 6 seasons but it’s never been this close either so every point and slice of luck matters more now!
This is my third season only i FPL.
First season : 1.197.818
Second : 552.086
And then i found this site and all helpful pepole here currently at 77k
Nice one Wafflez! Always pleasing to hear that the site and the community does actually help people. I’ll be honest though it’s killed off my performances the last 2 seasons
A black day in fantasy football for me. Someone please tell me Silva will score a couple at least??
Now I feel even worse for saying the above! Love to say I hope he scores but one of them owns him and I don’t, sorry! 😉
It’s hard to believe you feel worse when you’re currently grinning from ear to ear haha
Rumbled!
So painful that Moreno and Schlupp didn’t play :'(
Just sh*t awful luck David. One you could perhaps take but both out of the blue is hard. Just a shame the managers couldn’t have given at least a heads up that there may be an issue. I’m surprised nothing leaked on either as it usually does in this day and age.
Exact same has happened to me. Got Clyne on the bench with one point and Rose with zero as he didn’t play, if it does come to Schlupp and Moreno also not playing their second games. Absolute joke – just got to hope that Terry and Ivanovic do nothing tomorrow, with them being in my title rival’s team. Oh and I benched Myhill and played Pantsu. Thankfully, Aguero isn’t in his and is in mine.
Just checked up on the WoofBet April MOTM competition.
Wow. Taking out Kane for Austin last night could be very costly!
Currently 1st but everyone else in the Top 5 looks in better shape for tomorrow…
I noticed you were up there yesterday James. Big bucks for the winners too. Good luck mate!
Cheers init! Yeah it made sense eh… right up until that Adrian save haha, ah well, if Rooney performs tomorrow then I have a chance.
I see FF247 have had a good go at it too! Nice work.
Actually if it’s any consolation we did the exact same move in the Blogger of the Month comp that the site team is in.
