19 points for a goalkeeper! WTF

      • Raziel says:

Gomes was actually someone I was eying for weeks and weeks but him and Watford had been crap defensively as of late, so I figured it would be suicide. If he didn’t saves those penalty kicks than again, they would have conceded at least 1 or 2.

I’ve always liked Gomes, I think he was good enough for Spurs but I guess he didn’t have the confidence back then. I remember him playing for PSV, they reached the semi-finals with him. Felt sorry for him when he was made a fool at Spuds. Glad he got some redemption in this league, he’s awesome as a goalie and also a funny human being.

        • Pancho says:

Raz, he was awful for Spurs! He gave away so many goals by coughing up easy rebounds. He would make great saves and then drop the ball when it was hit right at him. He’s been awesome this season though! His saves and Ighalo’s goals have made staying up a reality for them.

        • Raziel says:

He reminds me a bit of Julio Cesar. 😉

Cesar messed up at certain points in his career. I think against the Netherlands in the semi finals of the world cup, or was it the quarters? Shrugs. He was spitted on.

The one season he played for QPR he was awesome.

I can make an 11 without having to make a transfer for GW35 So no more transfers untill GW36 for me when I plan for DGW7

Coutinho Costa & Defoe look viable if they don’t get injured in the next few weeks haha and can be done with no hits smile
