Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 38 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
And there it was gone. 37 weeks of sheer hell! For most anyway. Will the 38th be any better? Probably not! All logic seemed to go out of the window this time, taking with it the careful planning and attention to detail that most successful fantasy managers usually thrive on. Looking back it truly was the season of the underdog, ably accompanied by his close mate ‘Spoiler Dog’ as every best laid plan seemed to get scuppered at every single bloody turn, be it by an injury, a suspension, a rotation, a drugs test… On and on and on… to the point where we all just gave in and just had to finally laugh or cry. Always better to just laugh.
On which point we did. Well, we did both didn’t we, along the way. We all laughed, we all cried, we all had fun. Most importantly we all did it together. For better or for worse we all stuck at it and tried our best to help each other along the way. One big fantasy football community. And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every single comment and view this season, it means a lot, and means we are doing our job properly. We shall of course be back for next season but in the meantime please stick with us as we shall be playing Fantasy Euro 2016 over the summer as well as building up to the next FPL season with pre-season articles galore.
For now though, ‘enjoy’ what is left of this somewhat horrid fantasy season and we wish you luck in nailing your mini-leagues in the final week. Make sure you tell us how it went for you, either way. Every game starts at the same time this week so whether it’s pain or pleasure for you it’ll be over quite quickly. Here are the final 10 games…

Hey Red, see no reason for DDG not to play. Not sure about any of the others to be honest. Makes no odds for LVG whether they win or lose – he’ll want some silverware so will likely prioritise the Cup. I would guess.
OK, thanks Cookie. Doesn’t make too much of a difference I guess as I’m well up in my ML’s. But I could crack 17,000 with a DDG clean sheet I think, currently sat at 18,039.

I was on Mane all week.. Went the ‘safe’ route and brought Tadic in ay 13.56.. Mane scores 11 more points than Tadic and at present I’m 10 points shy of winning my ML.. Could have been 1 ahead … These decisions have blighted my season!! A Rashford brace and I could still win it though… If he plays!
Rosco – it happens mate we can’t get it right all the time, I went with tadic over mane and I went to bring in giroud but I chickened out and went with cech instead!
P.S I need rashford to get some points on Tuesday
Let’s all pray for Rashford!!! I know the chances of a brace from him are slight or that he even starts but it’s nice to still have some hope!

Oh and well done to the Arsenal! My lot did a number on spurs today… If only we had played like that all season… Got Burton Albion to look forward to next season!

Looks like I am 33-25 up after subs in and we both have Rashford but you have De Gea. If he saves a peno I am stuffed but I don’t see him with 6 saves and a cleanie to draw. I said it would be tight but I got a bit of luck with Fab taking the peno instead of Haz. What was that all about?

Not actually sure why I bought Tadic instead of Mane – even agreed with Kop this morning that I would get Mane and he Tadic as neither of us could decide who to buy

Yeah I got Tadic too as he was the safe one and Mane was not 100% to start.It just goes to show you cannot be right all the time and my captains picks have been like that lately.Top rank was 6000 odd before GW34 and now its 26000 after all the rotation .Bought Clichy on the wildcard and he never got a kick in the FPL. I will put it down to experience. On to the Euros and still trying to get my head round MLS.
