Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 38 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
And there it was gone. 37 weeks of sheer hell! For most anyway. Will the 38th be any better? Probably not! All logic seemed to go out of the window this time, taking with it the careful planning and attention to detail that most successful fantasy managers usually thrive on. Looking back it truly was the season of the underdog, ably accompanied by his close mate ‘Spoiler Dog’ as every best laid plan seemed to get scuppered at every single bloody turn, be it by an injury, a suspension, a rotation, a drugs test… On and on and on… to the point where we all just gave in and just had to finally laugh or cry. Always better to just laugh.
On which point we did. Well, we did both didn’t we, along the way. We all laughed, we all cried, we all had fun. Most importantly we all did it together. For better or for worse we all stuck at it and tried our best to help each other along the way. One big fantasy football community. And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every single comment and view this season, it means a lot, and means we are doing our job properly. We shall of course be back for next season but in the meantime please stick with us as we shall be playing Fantasy Euro 2016 over the summer as well as building up to the next FPL season with pre-season articles galore.
For now though, ‘enjoy’ what is left of this somewhat horrid fantasy season and we wish you luck in nailing your mini-leagues in the final week. Make sure you tell us how it went for you, either way. Every game starts at the same time this week so whether it’s pain or pleasure for you it’ll be over quite quickly. Here are the final 10 games…

I think they still need to work on the Euro site if you can still pick from these English forwards
I reckon Austin has about as much chance as me of getting in the squad.
(I’m not English and I’m shit at football)
I want to say a thank you to all the admins of this page for all the articles that they post, the advice they give. I know there is a lot of hard work they put in during the course of the season. Also I want to thank to all who give me advice on my team during this season from hell, I appreciate you all.
Cheers Chris, its been good seeing you on here this season as well as twitter. You going to play the Euros with us?
Yes I picked my team, it was tough, wanted Ronaldo but can’t fit him in. Not sure if half of the players will start
Plenty of time yet Chris there will be articles on here & plenty of advise 😉
Great Silvers I all the help I can get
Don’t sweat it Chris. Andy’s kicking us off at the weekend with an intro article with rules and a fixture tracker and then there will be 6 articles – one for each group with the usual overview of team chances and player picks. It’s all in hand.
great news
Anybody else having trouble with their Euro team not saving? Made all 15 transfers twice now and it won’t save…. Is this a hint? 😉
Hey Colriles did you pick a Cap as well make sure you haven’t more than 3 players from any one team & your not over budget seems to be working fine
Yeah thought I was all squared there. Give it one more shot.
You need to nominate a country as well, it’s fine if you’re doing it off a PC/laptop but I couldn’t manage it off my mobile earlier.
Andy, I’m in Macau again. Hoping my mate from last summer’s 21’s is too!
I have the same problem
Worked for me on mobile. Either way it’s not a big a problem as my Macau pal has again 😉
Regards Euro’s fantasy there is a few popular picks in all positions but like regular FPL, money is always tight.
GK, DF, MF, FW – who are peoples differentials?
Rambo I have made a lg list but left it at work just trying to make it all fit it could be difficult once it starts as prices will start going up & down which is unusual for Euros I’ve picked a few key players & will build a team around those. 😉
Who are the best “cheap enablers” for the Euros? I don’t really know much outside of BPL players and big names…
Not looked properly yet Pancho. Job for this week so I’ll let you know my findings. Although be warned that these summer things are the one comp I take seriously all year and as such let’s just say the info given is sometimes not always as accurate as it should be!
Kane’s out by the way. Unfortunate hammy injury today. Looks like Defoe is being called up.
Init, Good call on Kane. Had him in first draft so far. I’ll look for more tips this week!
Laugh at me. I called my team Greiz Lighting. Instead of Griez Lightning You can’t change your name like on FPL what BS lol
Oops! At least we all know now what you meant! Love a good long standing faux pas
