Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 38 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
And there it was gone. 37 weeks of sheer hell! For most anyway. Will the 38th be any better? Probably not! All logic seemed to go out of the window this time, taking with it the careful planning and attention to detail that most successful fantasy managers usually thrive on. Looking back it truly was the season of the underdog, ably accompanied by his close mate ‘Spoiler Dog’ as every best laid plan seemed to get scuppered at every single bloody turn, be it by an injury, a suspension, a rotation, a drugs test… On and on and on… to the point where we all just gave in and just had to finally laugh or cry. Always better to just laugh.
On which point we did. Well, we did both didn’t we, along the way. We all laughed, we all cried, we all had fun. Most importantly we all did it together. For better or for worse we all stuck at it and tried our best to help each other along the way. One big fantasy football community. And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every single comment and view this season, it means a lot, and means we are doing our job properly. We shall of course be back for next season but in the meantime please stick with us as we shall be playing Fantasy Euro 2016 over the summer as well as building up to the next FPL season with pre-season articles galore.
For now though, ‘enjoy’ what is left of this somewhat horrid fantasy season and we wish you luck in nailing your mini-leagues in the final week. Make sure you tell us how it went for you, either way. Every game starts at the same time this week so whether it’s pain or pleasure for you it’ll be over quite quickly. Here are the final 10 games…

Congrats Coyotes, amazing run!
Thanks guys..
After a horrific start to the season through leaving points on the bench and having rooney while being too stubborn to bring in Vardy I actually finished with a reasonable rank for me.
Thanks for all the articles and help through the season everyone, brilliant website and keep up the good work!
Hi RoLfc1
Moving in the right direction towards the end of the season bodes well for 2016/17. We all do things throughout the season which ‘we regret’. But that’s part of the attraction of Fantasy.
Decent overall position, but I’m sure you’ll make serious inroads in top 100k next year.
Good Luck
Thanks packer, I hope so too! haha
RoLfc
Well done on having a great run-in. One red arrow in eleven is serious form. Good stuff mate.
Cheers mate! Much interest in the euro fantasy team from people?
Hi Coyotes
Fantastic Achievement
Lots of twists and turns in that last game definitely added to the tension. I thought I was nervous last night.
Nice to see both you and your opponent finished with quality rankings overall – serious players.
Sympathy for your opponent, but OVER THE MOON for you.
Thanks Packer
Thanks to the all FF247 team and community member. You run a top notch site and the contributions are extremely helpful. Congrats to the Coyote bloke, Mito and all who won their leagues or achieved personal bests. Hopefully next season I’ll be on the boards more.

It’s daily fantasy, initially for the Euros and there’s a £10k free entry prize pot so fill your boots.
Thanks in advance.
Done Init
Done already Init any news when it will start?
‘Soon’ is all I have Matt!
Afternoon everyone.
I wanted just to say thank you to those who have helped me this season with their opinions on my team.
A rather disappointing 200K rank for me this year and a world away from my 15K recently but it has been a really awkward season in which I tried hard but little decisions made incorrectly often seemed to cost be hugely. I’m not deterred though and I’m sure it hasn’t made me a bad fantasy player (!) but what doesn’t kill you and all that eh?
My first rank was when I joined in the season late on in my debut season so I don’t count that.
Thank you all again. Hope I have many more years to come, with improved scores of course, dealing with you guys on this remarkable site.
I may not have the best track record on here but it isn’t for the want of studying, homework and analysis and I hope you receive my advice in the spirit its intended and in the good faith I offer it.
Shall we do it all again in August?
History:
GP, I think that all the thanks should go to you mate for throughout the whole season you were on chat helping people, RMTing, offering advice and having a giggle.
Its people like your good self who makes this site what it is.
You also had the good grace to keep me company in the rankings
Cookie,
I couldn’t very well leave an old soldier behind, could I? :winktongue:
GP, ranks are overrated!! Your advice and constant attention to detail are very welcomed and needed! I will not forget your ‘out of the box’ early tipping a certain Dimitri back in July! That my friend was not only an inspired tip but also a very well-studied and homeworked one as I remember you saying that he had an outstanding contribution % in Marseille’s goals, either scoring or assisting. So, never mind the ranks – 15K is actually very good anyway – and keep it coming!
