Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 38 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match ChatAnd there it was gone. 37 weeks of sheer hell! For most anyway. Will the 38th be any better? Probably not! All logic seemed to go out of the window this time, taking with it the careful planning and attention to detail that most successful fantasy managers usually thrive on. Looking back it truly was the season of the underdog, ably accompanied by his close mate ‘Spoiler Dog’ as every best laid plan seemed to get scuppered at every single bloody turn, be it by an injury, a suspension, a rotation, a drugs test… On and on and on… to the point where we all just gave in and just had to finally laugh or cry. Always better to just laugh.

On which point we did. Well, we did both didn’t we, along the way. We all laughed, we all cried, we all had fun. Most importantly we all did it together. For better or for worse we all stuck at it and tried our best to help each other along the way. One big fantasy football community. And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for every single comment and view this season, it means a lot, and means we are doing our job properly. We shall of course be back for next season but in the meantime please stick with us as we shall be playing Fantasy Euro 2016 over the summer as well as building up to the next FPL season with pre-season articles galore.

For now though, ‘enjoy’ what is left of this somewhat horrid fantasy season and we wish you luck in nailing your mini-leagues in the final week. Make sure you tell us how it went for you, either way. Every game starts at the same time this week so whether it’s pain or pleasure for you it’ll be over quite quickly. Here are the final 10 games…

Hey, I’d just like to thanks to all the guys that make this site what it is. Thanks to everyone that has a constructive input. For me personally, this has been one of the most interesting seasons and one of the most gratifying. I was bottom of my mini league in October which I had won for the previous 3 seasons. However, I’ve managed to claw it back, jumping into first p,ace at the end of GW37 and finally winning the league by a mere 13 points!

    Thanks again ?

A huge thanks to the FF247 administrators, article writers and all the managers who gave advice from time to time.

Finished the season at 14K which was below last year’s rank of 10K but overall, I feel satisfied. This has been a very unpredictable season and honestly i never thought i would finish within 100k but I somehow managed to improve my rank. All of this would not have been possible without all of you guys. A huge thank you to all of you. Being a member of this site for 4 seasons now, I can honestly say this is the best FPL site that offers top quality advise, tips, captain choices and the community atmosphere is superb.

A big shout out to Cookie, NIN, Initt, GP, my gooner friend Mitro, Raz, Mito, Pancho, Mattx, Sanchez, Brookboy, Rambo, TJ etc. etc… At one point or another I have interacted with you guys and thank you all for your input. Please forgive me if i forgot to mention anyone else since there are many of us here. Thanks everyone. This place ROCKS!!

So glad that mess of a season is over. It was beyond a struggle for the most part but we got there in the end, unscathed to a degree. Big thanks to all the commenters for keeping active throughout, there was rarely a time when the forum was quiet and it was never ever dull. Cheers all. Same to the writers and behind the scenes folk who keep everything ticking over, huge effort this season and we’re only getting better as the seasons go bye. It’s a pleasure to be part of the team and hopefully next season is bigger and better than any before it. Great work lads.

Now to conquer Europe and the USA over the summer, let’s be havin ya smile
