Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 4 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW4 is live! We kick it off with a lunch time fixture between future champion (in a parallel universe) Arsenal facing off with Newcastle. If both of their first three games this season are anything to go by, expect a lot of action but no goals. At 3pm we see six games commence. Sherwood looks down on Sunderland, hat-trick Wilson faces off versus Mahrez in a match-up of the EPL’s leading scorers, in other action Jose sees the “The Special One” Pardew pay a visit to Stamford Bridge. Continuing the three o’clock games, Watford bends over as they travel to the Ethiad, expect a lot of penetration from the City boys in that one. Pulis and his third worst defence (only CFC and Sunderland are worse) visit the Britannia for a Shaquiri concert. Liverpool host The Hammers in the last of the six 3pm games. Hopefully this time Benteke has someone other than Mignolet reach him with a ball in the air. Saturday is concluded when superstar Harry Kane goes for his
10th sorry, 1st goal of the season when he clashes with Everton.
On Sunday we have two fixtures. The Canaries visit Southampton for what promises to be another master class from Jerome and Pelle on how to finish. In the last fixture of the game-week the Swans defence order their Piña Coladas and put their feet up in what promises to be an easy afternoon as the Harmless four (Rooney, Depay, Mata and whatever) come in for a scoreless draw.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the FanTeam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Finally i had to do it. Hit the WC
team was going nowhere

first rough draft
Myhill Butland
Cedric Ward Gomez Francis Oxford
Pedro Yaya Sterling Sako Mahrez
Aguero Wilson Gomis
3.4mn in the bank
am flexible. Lol
Almost the same as my WC team.
I prefer Silva rather than Sterling.
But of course it will be change before deadline.
I prefer Silva too
but its for the fund am not getting him
Sako and Mahrez wont be in my team. I brought Sako Ward and Wilson with a hope of increasing TV
hope it does
I see…
Did that also, unfortunately no “real” bandwagon yet for this week.
Gonna be really slow price movements.
Wilson seems to be moving, you should see a couple of bumps out of him. Sako and Ward have a problem and it is called City in their next fixture and that deters some of the managers. The worst kinda of week happened for people playing their WC over the International break. If this was a great scoring GW, everyone be flying about trying to get guys, but most of us can get the guys with a transfer or two that will rise and look needed for now.
Decent team – would prefer silva over sterling though!
One of Kola or Sagna should be in there.
Sagna will be done for once Zabs returns and it looks like he’s returning after international break.
Looks like my WC team and I pressed it last week. Such a waste. :p
WOW what a crappy week. 16 points with 3 to play
Have faith, it will get better
Stop kidding.
Well you’re just a barrel of laughs lately aren’t you…
Bah, activated wild card last night for rises and to avoid falls and not a single soul went up or down! I guess FFF isn’t working so well this season, maybe due to WCs being used, anyone know a more accurate one?
Unfortunately no Tommy, well I least in my case. I looked at FFF and some other site and they predicted 4 price rises last night. Think the best we can do is use it as somewhat of a guide on who might be going up, but not take their word for it.
Anybody fancy a post of shame competition??
On 14 points with Ruddy, Cedric and Jerome to play. 4 points to come in off the bench, Payet top scorer with 3 points and I transferred Sinclair out to Mahrez too.
Bottom of all my leagues and looked at a potential wildcard squad for over the international break and can’t see much to do other than swap a couple of big names around and rejig the entire back-line.
i replied under my next comment!
My kid:
– is seven.
– very occasionally watches Motd
– chooses formation by color of shirt
– has started Oscar every week
– won’t take the (c) off Ramsey (“he’s my favorite player, dad”)
– has never heard of wildcards
– is beating me by 10 points!!!
Might be time to hang up the boots, Pops. 😉
Morning….. Im on 40 points with a 12 point hit and Depay, Gomis, Fabianski, and Cedric to play. Cant believe the 12 point hit myself but team needed the changes and was determined not to w/c. I think I might have got away with it? Wont be going that crazy again though
Im pretty sure that anyone who pressed auto complete and forgot about fantasy football is ahead of most of us mate….. I won one of my mini leagues last year and was second in the other. Currently sitting in 13th of 16 and 19th of 26!!! lurking around the 1.5m ranking with 4 to play. I reckon most of us are struggling at the moment. After a few months I am certain that normal service will resume and everyone here will rise up the leagues. Its been a strange month.
Anyone considering Jonny Evans? He is a cheap option into WBA defence
Yup, keeping an eye on their fixtures and then in he goes.
Fixtures are quite decent, the next 6.
But not worth it.
You sure, B? Six solid fixtures for West Brom should bring back a fair few clean sheets I would have thought.
AT – I reckon they will get at least 3 CS! He’s on my radar
B – He’s only 4.8
