Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 5 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Photo 23-11-2013 11 44 40The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are now final! This could actually be a tough week for fantasy managers. A lot of the usual, ‘obvious’ candidates are away from home and even those that aren’t have difficult games on paper. Arsenal, Liverpool, Southampton, Man Utd and Chelsea are all on the road while Swansea and Man City are at home but are by no means guaranteed anything, facing Southampton and Chelsea respectively. QPR and Stoke kick us off at 12.45pm in the early Saturday game and even that ones hard to call given the inconsistencies of both. We then have five 3pm kick offs and the day is rounded off as West ham host Liverpool in the evening game at 5.30pm. Sunday sees Leicester vs Man Utd and Spurs vs West Brom, both at 1.30pm followed by two 4pm games as Everton host Palace and the big one of the weekend that sees Man City square up to Chelsea.

    • What a disillusionment for ex-Soton players @ Pool (Lala and Lambs not even playing and Lovren had a better back 4 last season at Soton). Soton looking better this season than they did last season.

  3. Starting to wonder if the Krul/Mannone rotation decision is going to be like Boruc/Mannone was last season! So many times I wondered why I benched Mannone!

        • I really hate to say it because I like keeping hold of mine. But like Innit said earlier you have like 8 or 9 played I personally would replace. Some also have terrible fixtures (maybe not next GW but the one after that). And that midfield was great last season but not so much this season, not now anyway.

          There are about 8 players there that’d I like to swap if it was mine so yeah maybe a WC, perhaps. If not then what’s your thinking as Bojan needs replacing really as a priority but that can’t happen adequately without one or two other switches?

        • Yeah, I know so….Got 2ft. Do I WC or swap gradually u reckon?

        • Maybe gradual does it with 2 FT this week. Depends what Haz to Fab allows Bojan to become and whether that fits with the plan beyond that.
