Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 5 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are now final! This could actually be a tough week for fantasy managers. A lot of the usual, ‘obvious’ candidates are away from home and even those that aren’t have difficult games on paper. Arsenal, Liverpool, Southampton, Man Utd and Chelsea are all on the road while Swansea and Man City are at home but are by no means guaranteed anything, facing Southampton and Chelsea respectively. QPR and Stoke kick us off at 12.45pm in the early Saturday game and even that ones hard to call given the inconsistencies of both. We then have five 3pm kick offs and the day is rounded off as West ham host Liverpool in the evening game at 5.30pm. Sunday sees Leicester vs Man Utd and Spurs vs West Brom, both at 1.30pm followed by two 4pm games as Everton host Palace and the big one of the weekend that sees Man City square up to Chelsea.

Just think though what would’ve happened if the ref didn’t screw up at 1-3 and gave Rafael the freekick instead the penalty against. Was terrible. The entire game he was terrible by the way.

Keeping Di Maria and Rooney… attacking wise they’re still good… it’s just that they can’t f-ing defend… and DDG in all honesty has also been terrible.
Im just glad i replaced both Jones and Mata a couple of GWs backs.

and vardy racking a huge fantasy points, like walcott or aguero did to smaller team, but hey, he did it to united! still can’t believe it.
and yeah i agree with di maria raz, but rooney is too deep, like you said.
if united attack get a result it would be from di maria, rap, or falcao + put herrera on the mix.

DDG has to go. Who would you guys recommend to replace him? I have Mannone. Fabianski is appealing as I only have dead duck Bartley from Swansea. He seems to rotate well with Sunderland. Ta.
I replaced him with ummmm the guy from Southampton, Forster. He’s awesome and has awesome fixtures. Plus Toby will return and he’s a good defender. Clyne – Toby – Fonte – Bertrand is 10 times better than the United defense. 😉
Swiss, I’m looking forward to shipping out DDG soon, too. Just have other priorities. If and when I get round to it I want to go for a cheap 4.5/4.0 combo, with both from the same club.
Thanks BM. I doubled up last year with Soton, so when Boruc got injured I had Davis ready to replace him. Of course Gazzaniga got all the game time. I could go for Pants as Sunderland are sealing up their defence a bit, good run of fixtures up to GW 13 (except Ars on GW 9). Food for thought.
