Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 6 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 5GW6 is live! And well lucky us as we got a special treat for a lunchtime game this week, with last year’s champions against the runners-up. Wenger always the bridesmaid finally sees a legitimate shot to knock off Jose in EPL action. However we all know that Arsenal will only kick start the Chelsea season and give them confidence going forward. In other action, ‘give it away Sherwood’ faces off versus the Baggies, who need all the help they can get scoring a goal. Callum Wilson gets another legitimate shot at a hat trick as he faces the Sunderland defence. Watford travels to Newcastle where the atmosphere promises to be delightful considering the Toon’s current position – bent over. Stoke welcomes in Mahrez and his legion of FPL admirers. Swansea look to recover after a loss when they take on Everton and their Scottish Messi, Naismith. In the last game of the day, City look to continue their incredible form as they tangle with the Payet dependent Hammers.

On Sunday we have three fixtures. We start the day with a dangerous Palace side visiting Spurs. This is a fixture that could have anyone pop up as the goal scorer… well, except Harry Kane, poor guy. Speaking of not scoring or barely scoring, ‘Mr. Interesting tactics’ Brendan Rodgers will look to call on the ghost of Suarez past as they welcome in Norwich. In the last fixture we see the resilient Saints look to contain future Ballon d’Or winner Adnan Januzaj sorry, future superstar James Wilson sorry, Anthony Martial? They rise and fall so fast, we can’t keep up.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the FanTeam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Many thanks The B for advising to hold on transferring Depay who’s on the bench for Silva. Also Martin coming on for Gomez – hope he doesn’t come on for a couple of minutes!

Oh Coutinho, how on earth did you miss that!?!?!?

Just my luck that out of Payet, Mata, Depay and Coutinho I chose the only two pointer! Even Pedro got more! (so far)

Does anyone know why Darmian didn’t play the 2nd half? Was it tactical or an injury?

    The B says:

    Worst GW.

Did Pelle > Benteke (C) and Pelle ends up scoring a brace, and Benteke goes off injured with a hammy.

Finally a decent scoring week, or average if you look at my scores last season (average of 58). I’m happy with my 54 points.

    How did you guys do?

      Raziel says:

Dodged a bullet by not capping Bentekers. He had the armband till last minute. Even a scoreless Kun outscores him. smile

55 when Westwood and Richards come off the bench. Will take that but pissed off I took Pedro back out for Silva ! Gonna see how Chelsea look up at Newcastle and might bring him back in for Sanchez if he blanks again.

      • Raziel says:

Sanchez blanking in the last game was his fault, he wasn’t sharp. Before that he had a lot of bad luck. Hitting the bars a billion times. Like Kun, two of the best players in the EPL. They will come good, no doubt.

Nice job Raz. I’m on 53 points with Mahrez (C) paying off big for the 2nd week in a row. Could have been so much better but I’ve got 2 FT for this week and lots of options so I’m happy with it.

      • Raziel says:

That one did help you out. Really happy with my score. Like the 4th green arrow in a row. After a bad begin, that’s what I needed.

I went from ranking 1,614,806 in GW 2, to ranking 517,357 (earlier today). With 9 points from today that shouldn’t have changed too much.

59 when Naughton comes on for Gomez. Wilson(c) worked out nicely. YYT should have scored yesterday, he was looking great yesterday, though gave me only 2.

With the money Pool spends and Norwich, they should’ve won. Just like United should’ve kicked PSV ass this week, earlier, in CL. They didn’t. Money doesn’t always win. 😉

      Usually does though. :p
