Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 6 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW6 is live! And well lucky us as we got a special treat for a lunchtime game this week, with last year’s champions against the runners-up. Wenger always the bridesmaid finally sees a legitimate shot to knock off Jose in EPL action. However we all know that Arsenal will only kick start the Chelsea season and give them confidence going forward. In other action, ‘give it away Sherwood’ faces off versus the Baggies, who need all the help they can get scoring a goal. Callum Wilson gets another legitimate shot at a hat trick as he faces the Sunderland defence. Watford travels to Newcastle where the atmosphere promises to be delightful considering the Toon’s current position – bent over. Stoke welcomes in Mahrez and his legion of FPL admirers. Swansea look to recover after a loss when they take on Everton and their Scottish Messi, Naismith. In the last game of the day, City look to continue their incredible form as they tangle with the Payet dependent Hammers.
On Sunday we have three fixtures. We start the day with a dangerous Palace side visiting Spurs. This is a fixture that could have anyone pop up as the goal scorer… well, except Harry Kane, poor guy. Speaking of not scoring or barely scoring, ‘Mr. Interesting tactics’ Brendan Rodgers will look to call on the ghost of Suarez past as they welcome in Norwich. In the last fixture we see the resilient Saints look to contain future Ballon d’Or winner Adnan Januzaj sorry, future superstar James Wilson sorry, Anthony Martial? They rise and fall so fast, we can’t keep up.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the FanTeam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for GW5 from all at FF247!
I don’t know what to do with this lot. The plan was to wild card in next international break but it’s pretty tempting now.
That looks a good squad for next week, I wouldn’t WC….but monitor benteke’s fitness though, I would have martial/pelle as alternatives.
Don’t want to play devil’s advocate, but I’ve gone active!!!
I need to sort out my defense. Anyone know why Gomez and Cedric didn’t play?
I was planning on just Ward -> a playing defender but my defense may be worse than anticipated…
Thoughts??? .1 itb and 1 freebie
I didn’t see the Liverpool game but I’d assume Gomez didn’t play because he isn’t as natural going forward as Moreno, and they played 3-5-2 to accommodate Sturridge & Benteke up front.
Cedric – who knows? Might also be tactical, trying to be a bit more solid defensively maybe? Didn’t see the game.
As Koeman said, he feared Cedrics attacking threat wasn’t needed while he was marking depay, so yoshida was played there to contain him(back fired). I should think cedric will retain his spot for Swansea.
You need a playing 3rd def,I would think to get j.evans for Gomez, but that’s me.
Thanks EBC and FDMS! If general impression is that Cedric will retain his spot then I will be great with Gomez -> Evans. I hate to do it so early in the week, but i can’t afford it if either one to change price so I think I will go with it right now. *Fingers crossed*
They’re both miles off changing. I’d leave it a day or two and keep an eye on Fantasy football fix.
Had a good day yesterday and with Clyne & Benteke (c) I was positive…4 points and an injured striker – great!
I got 2 points Darmian and Huth from the bench instead of Silva and Gomez
1 ft, 0.8 in the bank. Evans in for Mings is the plan (later in the week).
Sound good?
Sounds good, but monitor benteke….as your current def is looking fine for next week.
Cheers.
Benteke will be out the week after.
Who’s the best replacement? Martial, Berahino, Vardy?
Seeing how Man Utd play Sunderland, I can’t see anyone past martial
79 Points with
McCarthy, Dier, Francis, Kolorov, Payet, Chadli, Mahrez(C), Ayew, Martial, Pelle, Aguero
Had Butland and Martin on bench. If I played those two instead of McCarthy and Kolorov I would have got 94 points and would have had the highest score there is. 90 was max score, WTF! Woulda been 1st out of 3million plus for this gameweek
my team if u want to see

Well done Luke, that’s a fantastic points tally for the week. I envy you…..
Link your team, makes it easier for everyone!
Evening luke,
That is a brilliant score mate. Very well done. Four goals in one match is quite something. Great to hear.
I’d be very happy with 79 mate but we are a greedy species aren’t we?![smile](https://fantasyfootball247.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/kama-wp-smile/packs/qip/smile.gif)
thanks, yea just still got catching up to do. Probably double transfer this week. Aguero > Wilson or Ighalo and Chadli > Mata
Luke
Brave man to oust Aguero who usually eats Spurs.
You have balls of steel if you take out kun!!!
Last time he played Spurs at lunchtime on a Saturday he scored 4 goals!!
In fact he has scored 9 goals in 6 games against them!
Luke, you only got 71pts, you’ve forgotten to take your -8pt hit off. The highest score was 104 not 90. :p
Wooooo wooooo, Point police in the house….![smile](https://fantasyfootball247.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/kama-wp-smile/packs/qip/smile.gif)
Gomis to martial anyone?
Yep could be a popular move
Seems like it.
FF Fix have martial as +27 per hour and gomis at -8
Go-miss had some good chances he’s playing well and I think he will pick up goals having said that, Martial at 8m is tempting. Don’t rate UTD so far this season but 8m for a UTD attacker who will probably be nailed on from now on!!! Does anyone know if his price is frozen?
hammers,
It may be popular but Man Utd have four very tough matches after Sunderland next. Gomis has three home games in the next five and also a trip to Villa.
His home games aren’t the easiest though. TOT, STO nd ARS also sou away
Hammers
Maybe so but they stuck it to Man Utd at home and are undefeated there. They also always perform well against the *ahem* stronger teams.![smile](https://fantasyfootball247.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/kama-wp-smile/packs/qip/smile.gif)
Certainly wouldn’t hold any fear for them as Arsenal and Stoke lose goals and the Spurs game is after they’ve been to Monaco on the Thursday.
Yeah that’s a good move. I just did Watmore to Martial, feels good.
Yep – I have just done that move mate!
And how do you feel about it?
Releived or nervous? Lol
Payet and martial in and I feeeeeeeeeeel great!!![smile](https://fantasyfootball247.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/kama-wp-smile/packs/qip/smile.gif)
Lol. I bought payet in yesterday so it seems like great minds think alike
Who did you get rid of? He looked really dangerous today
Albrighton for payet and seriously tempted by gomis to martial
Yeah both probably decent moves
Hammers – you may think it is a sideways move but I got rid of gomis and pedro! It has freed up a lot of money for me which I need for my strategy over the next 5 weeks!!
I think they are good moves tbh mitro.
Pedro not doing it atm. I took him out last week.
