Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 6 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, captain and order of your subs has been decided and there ain’t no turning back. GW6 is a strange old week, it starts great with an exciting Saturday and slowly disintegrates to a potential bore-fest. However, fantasy points are available all the way through, so there’s enough action to keep us going. Just.
We kick off with the Merseyside derby at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime – anything to keep those scousers out of the pub before the game – sadly, they’ll probably do a Friday all-nighter instead, completely defeating the point of starting the game early, but whatever. Then at 3pm we have six matches – Chelsea host Villa, Palace welcome Leicester, Man City go to Hull, Man Utd take on West Ham, ‘Arry takes his Rangers back to one of his old haunts down on the South coast and Sunderland do battle with Swansea. Early evening, its derby no.2 as Arsenal take on Spurs at the Emirates, always one to look forward to. And that’s the fun really, though on Sunday Burnley go to WBA and if you still haven’t lapsed into a self-induced coma by Monday then Stoke vs Newcastle may just finish you off.
Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.
Good luck for GW6 from all at FF247!

78:39 Goal scored Goal!
Goal! Chelsea 3, Aston Villa 0. Willian (Chelsea) right footed shot from very close range to the bottom right corner.
78:36 Attempt saved. Diego Costa (Chelsea) right footed shot from the centre of the box is saved in the centre of the goal.
Its an assist in my book if BBC commentary is correct!!
Rebounds
If a shot on goal is blocked by an opposition player, is saved by a goalkeeper or hits the woodwork, and a goal is scored from the rebound, then an assist is awarded.
From the rules
Yes that’s why the worldcup FF was so frustrating !! Even winners of penalties that were then converted didn’t get assists!!! Bloody McDonalds!! 😉
Dreamers it hit two of them though (I think defender and gk), so I think that broke it up. Have to say it didn’t seem like an assist for me, but hope I’m wrong as I’ve captained the man.
CC – didnt see it. If two, prob not. Watching the soccer, hurling or neither?
Was on the United match, then caught the end of the Ryder Cup, and will now put Arsenal on Seen a bit of hurling before, it’s brutal man!
CC – I know you are in Dublin. Are you from there?
The kids are at the in-laws. Watching the hurling, with the soccer at the breaks. Told the wife there was 8 hours of sport…. she was, lets call it delighted.
I’m English Dreamers, but moved to Scotland when I was young, then back down to England and am now over here. Can’t seem to settle!
Rangel is out after recieving two yellow cards and Siggy is subbed off.
Lampard goal!
4 goals for City in a week!
Sunderland – Swansea finished, CS’s confirmed
