Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 6 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Photo 23-11-2013 11 44 40The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, captain and order of your subs has been decided and there ain’t no turning back. GW6 is a strange old week, it starts great with an exciting Saturday and slowly disintegrates to a potential bore-fest. However, fantasy points are available all the way through, so there’s enough action to keep us going. Just.
We kick off with the Merseyside derby at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime – anything to keep those scousers out of the pub before the game – sadly, they’ll probably do a Friday all-nighter instead, completely defeating the point of starting the game early, but whatever. Then at 3pm we have six matches – Chelsea host Villa, Palace welcome Leicester, Man City go to Hull, Man Utd take on West Ham, ‘Arry takes his Rangers back to one of his old haunts down on the South coast and Sunderland do battle with Swansea. Early evening, its derby no.2 as Arsenal take on Spurs at the Emirates, always one to look forward to. And that’s the fun really, though on Sunday Burnley go to WBA and if you still haven’t lapsed into a self-induced coma by Monday then Stoke vs Newcastle may just finish you off.

  1. How did we all do today gents? I benched Jagielka annoyingly. Also thinking of WC for next week, Rooney suspension, Jovetic injured, Cork doesn’t start and Bruce doesn’t start! Think it’s time to use it?

    • I’m ok thanks! On 37 so far with Wilson (woohoo) left. Shame with Falcao today as he was the fall guy for Rooneys stupidity, I fancied he’d grab one if he hadn’t been pulled. Dzeko is a nice shout for next week I feel.

    Should do Rooney –> Pelle and Ramsey –> ADM or Silva
    or should just keep on staring at the fpl website lol

      Myriad of options with it being 2 of your more expensive players. Any of those you mentioned or maybe Dzeko. Could be an opportunity this actually to keep some funds back to get Baines in a couple of weeks as his fixtures get much easier very soon. That’s if you fancy him.
