Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 6 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Photo 23-11-2013 11 44 40The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, captain and order of your subs has been decided and there ain’t no turning back. GW6 is a strange old week, it starts great with an exciting Saturday and slowly disintegrates to a potential bore-fest. However, fantasy points are available all the way through, so there’s enough action to keep us going. Just.
We kick off with the Merseyside derby at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime – anything to keep those scousers out of the pub before the game – sadly, they’ll probably do a Friday all-nighter instead, completely defeating the point of starting the game early, but whatever. Then at 3pm we have six matches – Chelsea host Villa, Palace welcome Leicester, Man City go to Hull, Man Utd take on West Ham, ‘Arry takes his Rangers back to one of his old haunts down on the South coast and Sunderland do battle with Swansea. Early evening, its derby no.2 as Arsenal take on Spurs at the Emirates, always one to look forward to. And that’s the fun really, though on Sunday Burnley go to WBA and if you still haven’t lapsed into a self-induced coma by Monday then Stoke vs Newcastle may just finish you off.

  3. Silva + the 4.5 million defender for me, due to city’s fixtures and there are some decent defenders out there for cheap

        • Which Leicester def would you go for? Moore for 4.0 or one of the full backs at 4.5?

        • Mhh, if moore is playing then him, as it gives.5 for you to spend elsewhere

  4. Falcao, Silva and baines or aguero, ADM and taylor? Considering potential wildcard

        Weighing up my options at current. I have 2 free transfers, only problem is to get in aguero and Di Maria I have to use my wildcard, and aguero doesn’t give me the option of pelle/ Welbeck upfront as I dont see any strikers in the 5.5 million region I like that much. Unsure

        • You wouldn’t have to use your WC. You could take hits instead. It’s often worth doing so, especially in the first half of the season.

    • Silva for me, or tadic for cash

    • not silva as you already have city cover in aguero.
      tadic looks sound.

      • good point plus silva hasn’t hit the points since GW1

        Would tadic and pelle for a -4pt hit be good move??

          Just get Tadic, your front 3 dont need changing.

    Thinking Siggy to a better midfielder or maybe even to Chadli and just keep the money again. Either way, won’t make changes until all the European action is out of the way.
