Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 7 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Photo 23-11-2013 11 44 40The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, captain and order of your subs has been decided and there ain’t no turning back. GW7 doesn’t begin until 3PM on Saturday which feels strange but don’t be deceived by this please – the deadline remains at 11.30AM, UK time.

There are five 3pm games which are-

Hull vs Crystal Palace
Leicester vs Burnley
Liverpool vs West Brom
Sunderland vs Stoke
Swansea vs Newcastle

To conclude your Saturday entertainment Aguero and co take their considerable talent up to face Roy Keane’s beard, aka Aston Villa, at 5.30pm in the early evening kick-off.

Sky Sports’ ‘Super Sunday’ is currently under investigation after a breach of the Trade Descriptions Act last week. (*legal team edit: they’re not). They bloody well should be though. (*legal team edit: they’re really not). Either way this Sunday should prove to be much more interesting as there are four games which will all hold fantasy interest aplenty. Unlike last week (legal: clears throat) –

Man Utd vs Everton 12pm
Chelsea vs Arsenal 2.05pm
Spurs vs Southampton 2.05pm
West Ham vs QPR 4.15pm

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck for GW7 from all at FF247!

Hi all, first post here been reading quietly for a while and this site has transformed my previously terrible fantasy form. Sitting on 349 points prior to this gameweek and am relatively happy but just considering a wildcard as I have a few things to fix. What do you guys think I should do with the extra money? Any helpful comments in general appreciated!

Hi shirty that’s a great score so far keep it up mate!!! I think u need that midfield even though its the template midfield that most people are slowly moving towards! I was gonna say get rid of Nausmith but for that price he’s actually great value as he keeps scoring!!! Keepers nice rotate perfectly home/away all season so just the defence!! If ur having a soton defender I’d go Clyne or Bernhardt rather than alder bloke, also stoke (and Wilson) were shocking yesterday so look to upgrade him!!!!!!
Hope that’s helps mate great to see new faces on the site!!!
      Cheers Dave

      • Shirty says:

Cheers Dave. Will look again at the defence and upgrade a little. Probably go for Clyne and will find a replacement for Wilson. Other potential option I was looking at was Ulloa for Naismith, although he is .8 more. Reckon I’m better spending on defence and keeping Naismith or trying both? Not going to do it until after the break anyway but just trying to suss out the options!

yeah spot on, I’m looking at going the other way from ulloa–> naismith, he just keeps scoring!!! have a look at schlepp (lei) as if he gets game time, a right mid listed as a def could get some points for 4.5!! probably spend money on boyd, an extra 0.6 to him and he will have much more useful 5th mid

        • peakydave says:

Over the season us imagine Everton to get more goals than Leicester so I’d stick with Naismith for now as their fixtures really perk up over the next few weeks cos I think I do need that extra cash for now bolstering up that defence a little! Stick around shirty and join the 247 leagues mate!! smile

Cheers for the suggestions, thoughts on this now?

        • peakydave says:

It’s technically a better squad mate but ud have to drop Naismith or Chadli each week, who would u choose???? Money on the bench is money wasted. For me ur first stab was better with an upgrade on ur defence but it’s really up to you! smile

        • Shirty says:

Just realised about the wasting money essentially that wasn’t going to play. Think I’m going to go for this but just wondering if not having Stirling is silly but then Liverpool aren’t exactly on top form!

        • peakydave says:

Lol Jedinak is a 2 point king with occasional penalties,u need sterling, honestly ur first go was ur best u might be over thinking things a bit now!! Go grab yourself a beer and have a look again in a bit 😉

Costa (c), Welbeck, Pelle = 8 points. This better change or I will break something.
