Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 8 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16
GW8 is live! We start the week off with a lunch time affair between Palace and West Brom. Palace brings the almost all useable, but none consistent enough to be used in FPL mids versus the Baggies all useable defenders as long as they are playing away. After that early kick off we follow it up with five, 3pm fixtures. The Villans battle Barca B (Stoke City) in an early relegation battle, newly promoted Watford pay a visit to the Wilson-less Bournemouth side, in other action Newcastle take on a Manchester City side that is playing like…well, Newcastle. The Canaries tangle with the recently perch dropped Leicester side after Mahrez and company got beat down at the hands of Arsenal. 3rd place West Ham gets their chance to fill their boots when they face the criminally inept Sunderland defence. In the last fixture of the day we see the strangely enough fun (funny at times) as heck Mourinho side face off against Southampton who is known to at times get into up and down affairs. Expect a 0-0 now.
On Sunday we have three fixtures. The Merseyside Derby gets us going. A surprising Everton side takes on the evil genius Brendan Rodgers. By evil we mean funny and by genius we also mean funny. After Rodgers finishes up with his party trick formations, we get some more when LVG takes his first place side to visit a 4th place side. Any idea who could be in 4th? Just guess, it is very obvious… that’s right Arsenal!! Wenger will feel relieved knowing he has already taken control of his ultimate objective and undoubtedly will have proved naysayers wrong again. Who needs a striker? Not Wenger! In the other fixture the Swans play host to the resurgent Spurs. Spurs of course are in 6th place, perfectly in line for a Europa spot, again.

It’s easy to jump on the off load Pedro boat but with Mahrez not having played a minute, Vardy limping and international break I am sort of pssing my pants.
I am not touching the transfer during international break.

I need to deal with Sagna too.
I got a crappy defence with terrible fixtures next gameweek. Pedro messing it all up again.
Plus, Pelle and Mane are also looking essential. They can easily crap huge on Leicester next GW.

…just have a feeling players I don’t have like payet,mata,martial,sturridge,Kdb,silva,mane,ighalo are essential, atleast some of them.
Only decent players in my team: pelle(God),kun,mahrez(until now),vardy,sanchez…..rest are useless

I really would have of pelle failed….but he didn’t and I have most of the inform players, except payet and Kdb….u suggest -4? And play cook vs city or just throw the plan out the window and activate it?
WC is not at all needed.
I think your main issues right now are Sterling and Pedro.
You have 4 playing defenders and 2 good keepers, so your defense can hold on, and you have the best strikers already with you.
Wait for the break to be over, and get KDB and Payet for Sterling and Pedro. Easy.
Coates is suspended! Damn my luck!…..u suggest getting them two and play davies,cook(vs city…oh god),kolarov?

Hi FDMS, trouble here is you’ve only really got 2 spots that can be filled effectively. They’re the 2 remaining ones out of your front 7 (forget Wanyama) which are Pedro and Sterling. The rest of the WC would be used simply swapping cheap and unreliable keepers and defenders for some other cheap and unreliable keepers and defenders. I’d hold off. Sort those 2 spots with say KDB and Payet or whoever.
