Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 8 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 8GW8 is live! We start the week off with a lunch time affair between Palace and West Brom. Palace brings the almost all useable, but none consistent enough to be used in FPL mids versus the Baggies all useable defenders as long as they are playing away. After that early kick off we follow it up with five, 3pm fixtures. The Villans battle Barca B (Stoke City) in an early relegation battle, newly promoted Watford pay a visit to the Wilson-less Bournemouth side, in other action Newcastle take on a Manchester City side that is playing like…well, Newcastle. The Canaries tangle with the recently perch dropped Leicester side after Mahrez and company got beat down at the hands of Arsenal. 3rd place West Ham gets their chance to fill their boots when they face the criminally inept Sunderland defence. In the last fixture of the day we see the strangely enough fun (funny at times) as heck Mourinho side face off against Southampton who is known to at times get into up and down affairs. Expect a 0-0 now.

On Sunday we have three fixtures. The Merseyside Derby gets us going. A surprising Everton side takes on the evil genius Brendan Rodgers. By evil we mean funny and by genius we also mean funny. After Rodgers finishes up with his party trick formations, we get some more when LVG takes his first place side to visit a 4th place side. Any idea who could be in 4th? Just guess, it is very obvious… that’s right Arsenal!! Wenger will feel relieved knowing he has already taken control of his ultimate objective and undoubtedly will have proved naysayers wrong again. Who needs a striker? Not Wenger! In the other fixture the Swans play host to the resurgent Spurs. Spurs of course are in 6th place, perfectly in line for a Europa spot, again.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the FanTeam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

If I do Pedro to Mane will Pedro do a Mane and Mane do a Pedro, like when I did Mane to Pedro? Discuss.

      Not bad at all smile
I’m thinking of just letting my team die and not log in after this gw….
66 points with fabianski, Sanchez, Darmian and Martial left, C on payet instead of kun 😛

      Evening All..
      82pts with Darmian/Mata/Sanchez & Gomis still to play…

Considering I wanted to press on the Triple Cpt button today for the 1st time in the season – I’m kind a nervous Kun had his game of the season today…

      • inittowinit says:

Game of his life more like HL! Sensible move all along is to keep that chip for a DGW. For those that nailed it today then brilliant and obviously a touch lucky but it was still risky. You’d be happy with a 50 on a DGW treble and even then it’s unlikely. Apparently 20k did actually do it.

          Hi Innit.

When you settled on your WC team did you keep a Toon defender? 😉

        • HL [Dr. Hannibal Lecter] says:

Init – It’s easy to be a hero after the war…people would say…
But, in reality – I really had the nervous fingers syndrome today…
It was more because of Sanchez exploding last gw…
When all logic said Kun should be cpt-ed that gw, bcs of his history with the Spurs…the leader in my ML cpt-ed Sanchez…we all know how that ended up…
So, I kind a believed this is Kun’s week to shine and wanted to get back on track with the triple cpt option…
Especially because, my rival does not own him at all !!!

          Don’t get me wrong…
          I’m ecstatic bcs of Kun’s 5 goals…
Climbed 800K places just bcs of this…
But when I think what would’ve happened if I pressed that triple cpt pts button…..
          Oh, well…..

        • inittowinit says:

That was quite poetic HL! Or at least heartfelt. Either way just be glad that you had him as many didn’t and to capo him too then even more so.

          No Horse I didn’t!
