There are then six 3pm games which are –
Arsenal vs Hull
Burnley vs West Ham
Crystal Palace vs Chelsea
Everton vs Aston Villa
Newcastle vs Leicester
Southampton vs Sunderland
Sunday sees two games –
QPR vs Liverpool 1.30pm
Stoke vs Swansea 4.00pm
The gameweek is then concluded on Monday evening as West Brom host Man Utd at 8pm.

Ok, so after a shocking day, I wanna figure out how to get aguero into my team. 0.9 itb..
-Welbeck–>Aguero (no arsenal coverage) AND
1. Silva–>Cork
2. *sterling–>henderson…SILVA–>7.4 (0.1 off tadic :rant: )
3. Other?
*Cant do until tomorrow after sterling plays.
-Or Naismith–>aguero (leaving arsenal coverage) AND
1. silva and sterling–> total 11.5 (maybe Henderson plus 5.5 (diame? OR barkley+cork )

Think the sarcasm he used for “Costa being able to play again for the nationals soon” – was just in Mou’s style and he blew things out of proportion again, re: his injury…
Me thinks Costa will not play vs Maribor, yes and well not sure he ll play against UTD but at least we ll know a bit more by then (I hope)…
Thing is – although Kun is in his best form and looks healthy – City still has a tough game in Moscow in the CL – which is a must win situation for them !!
And you know Moscow, cold and stuff…may get injured (God forbid)…
If you ask me – better to wait till after the CL game/s …
yeah agreed, waiting after CL would be ideal, but I’m on the edge of my budget and I want to avoid price rises…. its also really hard with no accurate algorithm!!
Its all so confusing… aguero’s picked up a back injury today apparently..? need an injury from a premium attacker!!!
Haz / HL, I’d be massively surprised if he’s not back for Utd. I imagine Jose has looked at 2 relatively straight forward fixtures here and decided this is the rest time he’s been harping on about.

Haz, I’d still wait until after the CL is out of the way mate. I get the immediacy of it but if you need to get say Mane instead of Tadic then that’s not the end of the world. Tadic nailed it today but he won’t do that every week. Mane was only benched due to arriving back yesterday. I’d wait. What looks great now could easily look disastrous come Wednesday evening.

Had Costa, he was not bringing the pts…
Swapped him – he started scoring like a madman !
The stubbornness in me decided I will not be jumping on that train again “he’s injured ; but he scores every game” …
Missed his best GW’s where everyone had his as Capo…
Last week I got Kun in…but when Costa scored once again and against ARSEnal…I was hysterical !
Then I decided to get him in so I can have both Kun & Costa till end season !
Did it…brought him in for a hit – before the internationals…
Had to offload a SO’TON !!! defender to do it plus a -4 hit…
No need to say how this GW ended up for Costa & So’ton…
So, despite the possible price rises…you better hold ur horses for now…
p.s. If only I did the same…would have had a CS from Soton ; avoided the -4 & most probably would’ve brought in Pelle… :noshake:
sorry bout that HL, sounds harsh… tough game this FPL business eh?
will definitely make my transfers after the CL!! hopefully aguero will level off at around 80% and ill be able to buy him still at 12.3!
however, saying there wasn’t any mid week games, how would you get kun in?
HL – today I debated the following
Diame and Aguero in for Sterling and Pelle. I didnt. Diame scored. Aguero – I think he might have done something
but on the flip side Pelle did the business.
Instead I brought in Baines and Wisdom for Moreno and Taylor. This made my squad a little weaker as it meant Hutton came in for Costa whereas Taylor would have.
Long story short. I’m glad I have Baines. I’m glad I kept Pelle. Aguero though ….

Just when I thought I could have an advantage in choosing a differential as a Cpt in Siggy – > guess what ADM scored big and Costa/Kun/Falcao etc all scored – and everyone had Siggy too…so it was all for nothing…
This GW – people who have Pelle and Soton defense & ADM as Cpt will probably have better pts than the ones having Kun as Cpt…

Tbh -> I was not able to find a solution / a good player for a 4.7mil who would fit your 5man mid
It’s between Cork or Wanayama type of a player – and a 5man mid is just too weak with a player like that…
Just don’t see an option of getting a better player w/out say downgrading Baines (who I suppose you have recently purchased)…

A straight swap of Costa to Kun (if he is away for long/er) or a Baines dongrade (to =say Clyne) would work, I guess…
Sorry mate…can’t see any other logical options where you can have a strong 5 man mid …

Evening all! Bit confused after today’s matches.
For next week should I do Costa >> Pelle and Sterling >> Sanchez? Like Everyone else, no idea about the Costa situation… Not good fixtures for next week either

Can also do Duff >> Baines instead, or maybe just the Pelle transfer?
veer, i think keep costa, jose and chelsea (not being biased 😉 ) are class against top teams and costa will dominate jones/blackett or whoever plays!!
Also, thinking about prices, you will inevitably have to get costa back at some stage, and you will have to pay the full 11.2 mil for him, so it will be worse imo if you sell.
