Ha, you called that one Shadow. Unlucky for you, he could have had a goal, an assist and some BPs today. It’s been that kind of week for me too- Pelle hitting the bar, Aguero hitting the bar, Eriksen’s goal from a corner just ruled out. Oh well, it happens. The same FPL team next week could score huge.

Have most people got rid of Sterling? Thinking of dropping him to get Baines in, and also
The people who didn’t already get rid of Costa are you shipping him out now?

    This is painful!

I have been regretting taking Costa all morning and made a provisional wildcard team, partly, to get him back in.

Now I have no clue what to do.

    Current team:
    Foster (Krul)
    Baines Clyne Chester (N.Taylor Duff)
    Fabregas(c) Sterling Sigurdsson Henderson (S.Davis)
    Aguero Welbeck Pelle

    Provisional Wildcard:
    Jakupovic (Krul)
    Baines Alderweireld Chambers (Moore Duff)
Fabregas (c) Di Maria Chadli Downing (Boyd)
Costa (c – if 100% confirmed fit) Aguero Pelle

What do you think about my teams? I could switch Krul to Adrian, or Howard if I keep Taylor instead of Alder.

have you already applied the wildcard? or planning to?

      • EBC says:

        Not yet.

Tempted at the moment. This week has really screwed my midfield but I had other concerns:

Foster/Krul – Rotate well on paper but generally crap

Chester – meh, tough fixtures, could get someone cheaper for my bench
Clyne – Good for now, will run out of fixtures soon
Taylor – tough fixtures, if he goes he will be back in place of Clyne GW13
Duff – cheap so will keep him but not looking as playable as he was when I bought him

Sterling – expected him to do more this week to keep his value up, was always planning on taking him out for Di Maria fairly soon
Sigurdsson – tough fixtures, would’ve kept him other than for injury
Henderson – annoyed that he was rested, I still rate him for the price but Hendo to Downing is an opportunity to raise cash
Davis – taking up a Saints place, rotation risk, price dropping tonight

Welbeck – what was I thinking? Could’ve worked short-term I suppose, but hasn’t so far.
Pelle – Good for next 3 weeks then I’ll likely get rid

i would suggest you can still make do with this team till the next international break.

if you have to wildcard, that is the time.
