Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 1
And we are off!! Another season of bitter FPL disappointment for most gets rolling when Leicester travels to Old Trafford to take on Jose’s happy warriors. That Friday night fixture is followed by six more on Saturday.
A lunch time affair sees Newcastle and Spurs face off in the battle of who spent the least this transfer window. That is followed by The Cherries vs newcomers Cardiff. Fulham who is also recently promoted, tangle with Palace, Huddersfield plays host to Sarri-ball, Watford dukes it out with Brighton and in the late game we get a first look at the much talked about Wolves side when they face off vs Everton.
Sunday brings us the last three fixtures. Liverpool begin what promises to be an exciting season that is likely to end the same as most, not good enough to win anything. They will take on a new look Hammers team, that 1:30 game is accompanied by a match only a mother could love when Saints take on Burnley. The gameweek is closed out by the best game on paper. When the champions travel to the Emirates to clash with the Wenger-less Gunners.

Evening gents
Good day, Bad day .?
Happy with 36 from 5
Not happy Obi- Wan on the bench with 9
Hoping TAA / Mendy benched.
How’s everyone else?
26 from5.. fairly satisfied.. regret taking ihneahnacho. have wanbissaka as my first bench player.. wish mendy/lowton dont play tomorrow lol
i have him as a 1st sub too and Digne disallowed him to come in. that twat played 4 minutes… ffs
I’m fairly happy with 24 from 4 but I’m slightly peeved that I didn’t pick Richarlison, Neves or Jorginho. Hey ho, it’s a marathon after all 😀 .
I’ve also got Tomkins sat 2nd on bench with 6 points 🙁 .
First off Wan-Bissaka got 12 points last on my bench.
Scored 24 points from 4 players, still some hope left for a descent gw
Ouch, Wafflez!
Bigpopz, nice of you to ask! Me: 54 points (with 13 on the bench). Salah(c), Robertson and TAA still to play. Hopefully TAA (or Robertson) won’t play so I can get an extra 11 points from Schlupp as sub.
i hate this season!
Seems like a good solid start by most this week. 41 from 5 for me. Enough to maintain the enthusiasm for another week
Saf
Nice score buddy 😉
thats a big score mate
Let’s see how that plays out over the rest of the weekend but I’m happy for now. 3 pool and 3 city to play
31 from 6 players. Salah (c), Firmino, Robertson, Aguero, Tarkowski to comr. Hopefully one of the defenders don’t play and AWB comes in
Also
Got luck with playing cheapo bench fodder if needed.
Hammer 4m gk
Obi -Wan 4m def
Peltier 4m def
😉
Oh and Stephens 4.5m Mid playing.
Guys I’m thinking of getting richarlison and kdb for mkhi and erik for a hit. Any views? I know it’s early.
Man U man
Ricky yellow flagged !
ricky walked normally from the bench after FT. he could be alright next week. one to wait for the pressers on friday
Cheers guys.
Far too early, the gw isn’t even finished yet. I’d sleep on that for a few days and think about it again after the press conferences on Friday. I’ve generally found that chasing what happened today with my squad for next week usually ends in tears. I wouldn’t take a hit either.
