  1. After gameweek 1 and after six red arrows finally in top 100k again.

    • Sweeeeeeet!

    • Tnx guys. It is all relative though. I enjoy the game per week. Green or red arrows. Do get a buzz when scores and transfers I made are ace. But don’t get bothered when shit doesn’t go my way. That used to be different. Haha.

    • Dont get used to it.

  2. **commented in the wrong thread**
So, on 57 right now with Doherty and Mane to go. Sad that CHO came from the bench for a zero. Had Soyuncu on the bench as first sub. Really wish Doherty would start and bring some laurels..

  3. 48 points with TAA, Salah and Pukki.

  4. What about TAA (and robbo)? Even with their attacking returns, if they don’t get the cs’s, are they worth having? They are the most expencive defenders in the game after all….

    • I’m not sure they are because of the value elsewhere and the lack of clean sheets about

      • Think I’ll be rotating budget defenders soon, every season it usually ends up with that. Last season was the exception with just TAA and robbo…

        • I mean it might be worth while and then just rotating Lundstram and Rico for last spot

    • Think its important to have at least have one of them.

    • Mount is 54 v their 42/41 before todays game. Pukki is 55 and the next one down around that price is 44.

Guess form/likely form is more important and alternatives

      • Right now i can get the same kind of points for 2,0 – 2,5 less from other defenders. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if TAA and robbo will be top scoring defenders at the end of the season. But at the moment I feel that they are a waste of funds…

  5. Just saw Brighton vs Everton highlights. What a game!

    • Ironically – are Brighton now considered an option as an attacking force rather than from a defensive perspective?

  6. Feel like I need to do early transfers.
    2 free and 0.1 ITB.
Thoughts are Vardy or Maddison and Soyuncu in?
    Maybe CHO out?
Otamendi doing my head in too!
    Any suggestions appreciated.
    CC

    • I’d say go for Vardy. But wow, that will be hard. Second option go for a Leicester mid. Anyway, one freak score doesn’t mean they will get one every week….

Also I was sad you beat Ajax.

    • Vester to Rico and Jimenez to Vardy I’m not sure if that works. I just think the Saints defender has to be a waste of money

    • Salah to Tielemans and Greenwood to Vardy?

    • You should replace Greenwood and CHO, both of whom are missing too many games. Mousset or Connolly aren’t much more expensive than Greenwood, and both are in decent form. There are plenty of half-decent cheaper midfield alternatives to CHO – I’d opt for Traore.

      • CHO has only missed one game I’ll be happy if people keep selling him. And Traore apart from that City game has done nothing for years. Also Mousset and Connolly are hardly safe options which counters your argument here a bit

        • Smash, the CHO I’m looking at has played only 214 minutes in 10 GWs. Are we talking about the same player? I didn’t say Connolly and Mousset are safe, but they’ve both been scoring recently, which is better than Greenwood.

        • Yeah he missed them because he had a serious Achilles injury. He’s been the best player in some of the games since returning. He misses one game and you are saying he has to go because he’s missing too many games is my point. Will he play every week maybe not like Willian, Mount, and Pulisic

        • Fair point, Smash. I still reckon CC needs to upgrade Greenwood, though, and she needs to find the extra cash from somewhere. Salah >> Mane might work
