Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10. Here we go, another week of FPL is set to go. This game-week kicks off with a lunch time fixture as a match-up of who will be the second best team in the EPL takes place when United welcome in Kane and his staff. That is followed by five 3pm games. The born again, dead again, born again Arsenal spank the Swans back to Wales, Palace and West Ham provide the comedy in their fixture assuming we all are still in need of any further laughter after watching Lovren and Mignolet last week. Speaking of which, Lolverpool mix it up with Huddersfield in what could turn ugly if LFC get down, let’s hope they do. Watford and the incredible acrobatic diving Richarlison look to recover their form when they face off vs Stoke and City travel to the Hawthorns and set fire to the place. Sunday brings us two fixtures, Brighton and their wonderful Colombian 😉 Izquierdo look for 3 more points against Southampton and the day closes with the battle of the new ‘managers’ as hard to watch Leicester bores us against harder to watch Everton. Monday arrives with the last fixture of the GW which pits Burnley versus Newcastle who are led by two managers who would both happily take a point and a 0-0 draw.

  1. So I just me gross and Bertrand to get a goal each

  2. Pascall Gross, you legend. laugh

  3. Probably my worst week ever in FPL: 14 points out of 8! looks like I am dropping from 200k to 600k…
Jesus captain has looked like a great pick for a couple of hours… before he blanked, got a yellow, and Kun allowed his owner to redeploy the captaincy!
Silva, Richarlison, Choupo-Moting, Davies blanked; and Ottamendi is responsible for two goals and got himself a yellow!
Well… Now it is up to Simpson, Atsu and Elliot to save the week!

Anyway, I know that I am not alone; and that most of my choices weren’t stupid.
I’ll try to keep calm and that next week all these players will score double digits!

    • On paper your team looked strong. I need a Vardy brace to save my week

    • Vinci,

On we go mate, just wasn’t your week.

I’m wondering if Simpson is actually playing wide right midfield. I see Puel has named three centrebacks and Simpson and Chilwell as wing backs?

      • I was wondering the same GP. I hope you’re right!

      • FotMob have them like this GP. They are however often and notoriously wrong!

        • Mahrez is behind Vardy. Might look to try move him In to the team if it goes well

    • Cheers, mates.
Yes, I believe this was just an effect of bad luck. I hope that the next weeks will prove me right!

  4. Interesting to see Kenny getting the nod at right back. With Everton’s nice run of fixtures he could be a bargain.

    • Played him on Wednesday too. Not exactly rocket science as he’s the best (fit) RB at the club. Probably tells you how much or little attention Koeman paid to his reserve team though.

      • If anyone can nail that position they’ll be good value. I think I’d like to see an incling of form before bringing any Everton in though! Crazy how Siggy is just warming the bench.

  5. Need a Fuchs CS..ans assist would be great

  6. Evening guys any news on Kane do we thk he will be fit for nk Gw ?

    • From what I’ve read Spurs are being typically tight lipped about it all. Sounds like they’re hoping he might be available for Real Madrid Wednesday, but I suspect not. By the sounds of it there’s a good chance he’ll be OK for next weekend, but as it’s Palace will Poch choose to give him a little more rest? I’m holding on to him for now, as he’s definite cappo if playing next weekend.

    • I’d say wait and see what’s happens in the CL on Wednesday
