Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11. Friday gets the action started with one fixture when Villa play host to whatever Covid-free players Newcastle can spare. One can only assume that the game was played by itself so it wouldn’t infect any of the other fixtures.
Oh well, scrap that… We begin with Saturday bringing us four responsible fixtures. Burnley welcomes in the struggling Toffees, City continues their scoring revenge tour when they likely pulverise Fulham. The Hammers look to stop Bruno, just Bruno really. Then in the final match up of the day we see Chelsea tangle with Leeds.
Sunday gives four more encounters. It kicks off with a West Brom and Palace snoozer. That is followed by last place Sheffield Utd who are at the very least consistent unlike their counterparts Leicester, who win three and then lose two, win three and then lose two. First place Spurs versus fourteenth place Arsenal is the third fixture of the day, fourteenth place Arsenal, sorry just had to say that again, hehehe. Anyway, Liverpool battle it out with Wolves in the last game of the day.
The gameweek might be brought to a close on Monday when Brighton sees Southampton (Ole’s heroes) come in.
The games in full…

Why did I cap Mashes? Why did I buy the turd?
Bruno looks like he’ll get a three pointer.
From a 45mins cameo and just one assist.
I do not like that man, he is my new nemesis.
*BPS three pointer that is
Fingers crossed Dane
Maybe Soucek jumps up a tad, is what you meant I’m sure
Can’t believe that
7 points is just perfect for us who have him but made someone else captain! :thumb:
It’s less enjoyable by the non-owners
This is his second away low 10 pointer, still double digits though.
Nevertheless, I would have been better off with him as (C) than Mahrez, that’s before Jota has been playing :meeting:
And, I expect something against City next week as well
Ooops, sorry. I meant the lowest away so far
Maybe Alan, Maybe not
HOw popular a captain was he?
Dont know, but my guess is that he is pretty popular…
Just checked. Top choice. We would have been better off if he blanked
It’s a joke….
I know a lot of people are wondering why Bruno is on 3 BPS atm…this is why -> the guy is on another level :cool2:
This
You guys are missing the point.
We do not like him.
Because I do not have him in my team :wink2:
Get him in Dane.
I honestly think he created at least 3 big chances but either way, he made the difference!
Going with no keeper this week has meant my 41 from 3 players feels so much better!
Hey people – was just thinking that there should be a special class of bonus points for players who have the effect that Bruno does on a team’s perfomance, something like ‘Bruno-points’, for being able to influence a game with their attitude and motivation and downright ability to pull everyone else around them up to their level!
Pity he only scores 4 regular points (and a possible 2 or 3 bps!) !
Anyway, that’s the way the cookie (not Steve Cook or the Cookie Monster!) crumbles! Ole will be a happy fellow on the team bus back up to Manchester tonight (Yeah yeah yeah, I realise that Premier League sides probably don’t use local bus services anymore – but more’s the pity, as I’m sure it’s just what they need to build team cohesion. Imagine Pogba getting up to dance in the middle of the aisle and inviting his coach to boogie with him – now THAT would get them all on side!). See y’all – am going off on my tangent again! Haveagoodgameweek!!!
Bringing Walker & Chilwell in this week was a master stroke..
or Walker has had his rest now so he is nailed next gw. I dont expect to see the same qty of cs over the next period but still think Chilwell is a very good choice
