Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11. Friday gets the action started with one fixture when Villa play host to whatever Covid-free players Newcastle can spare. One can only assume that the game was played by itself so it wouldn’t infect any of the other fixtures.
Oh well, scrap that… We begin with Saturday bringing us four responsible fixtures. Burnley welcomes in the struggling Toffees, City continues their scoring revenge tour when they likely pulverise Fulham. The Hammers look to stop Bruno, just Bruno really. Then in the final match up of the day we see Chelsea tangle with Leeds.
Sunday gives four more encounters. It kicks off with a West Brom and Palace snoozer. That is followed by last place Sheffield Utd who are at the very least consistent unlike their counterparts Leicester, who win three and then lose two, win three and then lose two. First place Spurs versus fourteenth place Arsenal is the third fixture of the day, fourteenth place Arsenal, sorry just had to say that again, hehehe. Anyway, Liverpool battle it out with Wolves in the last game of the day.
The gameweek might be brought to a close on Monday when Brighton sees Southampton (Ole’s heroes) come in.
The games in full…

Lovely jubbly
Love it…but no Jota.
Won’t cry too hard. 69 pts with Bissouma & Lamptey to play.
How are you doing?
I am on 69 as well with only Lamptey to go.
That Jota benching is pisses me off. Let’s hope he does what Bruno did yesterday, come in at some point and do something.
Let’s hope! I see no way to bring Salah in for FUL game. Not going to wreck my team to do it.
Me neither. In order to get him need to take a hit and remove Kane and Son which I am not prepared to do.
Fulham did well against Leicester away, let’s hope they do same vs pool.
Hate it but I just sold the wrong forward. Might reverse it this week
I’m loving it!!!! :drinks:
Arsenal near the bottom of the table is not something I expected but alas it is 2020.
At the start of this GWK I was already set on selling Son and Vardy to bring in Salah and a 7.4 fwd (Bamford/Adams). Now this has turned out to be a difficult decision since I don’t want to sell Fernandes. My mids would be: KDB, Salah, Fernandes, and Grealish with a forward line of DCL, Wilson and Bamford/Adams.
I think you need Son or Kane somehow.
If I keep Son then it means not bringing in Salah vs Fulham next week which I know he is going to haul. It’s a tough call. Next alternative would be to sell Fernandes.
What about a 3 way hoakey coacky having only 2 at one time?
For Salah, KDB and Fernandes
This game so annoying
Sold son for kdb.
And brought in jota too :explode:
But you had Soucek, right?
Yep ha ha
Kdb did the business though.
Looks like the early season cheapie defenders are dropping by the wayside. I sold Mitchell last week and Kilman will go next as I got shut of Ziyech for Jota, which may turn out a bad move. Taylor of Burnley is giving me the eye.
Im stuck with both Kilman and Mitchell. Need to do something about that
Wow brought Walker, Chilwell & Jota in this week, anyone outdo that for terrible transfers?
Not feeling great about mine but they aren’t as unlucky as those. I brought in Mahrez and Jota as I was getting bored of the season becoming stagnant. Sold Son. Which I didn’t want to particularly do. Couldn’t sell Bruno because he’s in great and form and so obviously always has to start… Bought Jota for the same reason. On the bright(er) side I kept Kane and Vardy.
Bright side i captained Son & have Kane, that’s about it for this week. Defence been poor for weeks now.
