Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11. Friday gets the action started with one fixture when Villa play host to whatever Covid-free players Newcastle can spare. One can only assume that the game was played by itself so it wouldn’t infect any of the other fixtures.
Oh well, scrap that… We begin with Saturday bringing us four responsible fixtures. Burnley welcomes in the struggling Toffees, City continues their scoring revenge tour when they likely pulverise Fulham. The Hammers look to stop Bruno, just Bruno really. Then in the final match up of the day we see Chelsea tangle with Leeds.
Sunday gives four more encounters. It kicks off with a West Brom and Palace snoozer. That is followed by last place Sheffield Utd who are at the very least consistent unlike their counterparts Leicester, who win three and then lose two, win three and then lose two. First place Spurs versus fourteenth place Arsenal is the third fixture of the day, fourteenth place Arsenal, sorry just had to say that again, hehehe. Anyway, Liverpool battle it out with Wolves in the last game of the day.
The gameweek might be brought to a close on Monday when Brighton sees Southampton (Ole’s heroes) come in.

Evening all, bit of a dilemma here. Which transfer would you go for, both involving a -4 ? Vardy/Grealish to Mo/Brewster with 1 mill itb and have Jota in a double Pool.
OR
Vardy/Jota to Mo/Brewster with 0.3 itb and keep Grealish.

I personally wouldn’t go anywhere near Brewster if I could help it. No other options?

I think getting Brewster is short-sighted as you are putting yourself into the position of relying on 4 defenders as I don’t think Brewster and Anguissa are going to land big.
If he’s a must for you then I think Fernandes has to go (even for a week), maybe with DCL to Bamford the makeweight?

What about Wellbeck as an enabler? I mean he’s been in pretty good form and he’s only 5.5m. Don’t know if that would afford you enough cash for the transfer? Merde -it may be just short. Sorry Elle. Seeing Mo’s big haul must have been hard. Chin up mate.

Another incredible GW, 46 points and 4.2M OR. I don’t even think I could try at this point to do as bad as I am, honestly ridiculous. Might just copy the site team something to get the rank back up because everything I do turns to shit. There must be dead teams that are higher than me at his point. Don’t understand how I’ve done so bad this year. Oh and wasted my free hit this week to make it even worse.

Don’t worry about it. I’m on 42 – by far my worst week of the season when you consider I took a -4 so I’m actually 38.
You get bad weeks and sometimes you get a lot of them together. You keep going, ask for advice and view every week as a new chance to get better.
You need to post up your team and we can advise.

Think it is time to get KDB in. They have a great run coming…so…How to get him in? Currently thinking Ziyech + Kane to KDB and Bamford or Ziyech + Vardy and leave the Spurs double up. What do you reckon? Or is there another way?

Me too, LRL. But he was due to rise even before Liverpool’s game last night. And that Ziyech injury helped, I reckon. I just find these transfer waves crazy! I think I’d have preferred if we could have some sort of transfer window e.g. 24 hours before the deadline or something like this.
