Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11. Friday gets the action started with one fixture when Villa play host to whatever Covid-free players Newcastle can spare. One can only assume that the game was played by itself so it wouldn’t infect any of the other fixtures.
Oh well, scrap that… We begin with Saturday bringing us four responsible fixtures. Burnley welcomes in the struggling Toffees, City continues their scoring revenge tour when they likely pulverise Fulham. The Hammers look to stop Bruno, just Bruno really. Then in the final match up of the day we see Chelsea tangle with Leeds.
Sunday gives four more encounters. It kicks off with a West Brom and Palace snoozer. That is followed by last place Sheffield Utd who are at the very least consistent unlike their counterparts Leicester, who win three and then lose two, win three and then lose two. First place Spurs versus fourteenth place Arsenal is the third fixture of the day, fourteenth place Arsenal, sorry just had to say that again, hehehe. Anyway, Liverpool battle it out with Wolves in the last game of the day.
The gameweek might be brought to a close on Monday when Brighton sees Southampton (Ole’s heroes) come in.
The games in full…

Those who follow international football, here’s the draw for Fifa World Cup 2020 Qualifying for Europe.
Ooh we face the Ottoman empire.
That’s a fair draw for the Dutch that Raz
It’s fixed as always. They could have taken out Poland and Hungary from group I and replace them with Liechtenstein and Gibraltar to make it even easier for England :laugh2:
England reap what they show though. They hardly ever lose a qualifier so they ayr Airways to seeds and likely to get a great draw.
Poland will give them a couple of games and Hungary have improved.
They could play Andorra and San Marino at the same time to save dirtying two sets of kits.
:laugh2:
What’s Ayr Airways got to do with England?! How strong is that beer exactly
I typed that part with my feet obviously!
Scotland Israel yet again. They must know each other well by now.
Could’ve done w/o Scotland in that group. Watch DK lose the 2nd spot in the final game of the qualifier…
WC 22 qualifying groups. Starts in March 2021
I prefer your colour scheme actually.
Why are there groups with 5 teams and others with 6 teams? What differentiates? Or just luck?
Watched but of the draw, seems like it was luck.
Just the number of teams in the confederation spread across the number of automatic qualifiers (10) needed.
Didn’t watch live but what usually happens is the groups of five groups (this time the first three) are filled up first then the remaiming groups are filled. All groups are drawn from A onwards one team at a time going from the top seeds down to the last seeds.
Hello all
How is everyone? How has GW11 gone for you so far?
Had a great Saturday but then got rinsed for not owning salah, Kane and Son.
This is currently my team for GW12, already shifted ziyech and brought in grealish who has some decent fixtures coming up. Looking at bringing Bednarek for kilman unless you can think of a better suggestion. Would love to bring back salah as well but I can’t see that happening for a few weeks due to price changes unless I bit the bullet and do a -8 and take the red arrow on the chin for GW12!
I have 39 points with just Lamptey to play.
I’ve opened an early week beer (unrelated 😯 )
I think you stick your chest out and go with Mane against Fulham and leave Salah.
Is the defender move for free? If so then yeah I’d consider that but I’d wait until Friday.
Consider Vestergaard and hope he keeps bangin’ ‘em in 😉
I could do with Lamptey’s second goal for the season or at least one of his assists, CS would be nice too
Bet this was you with Santa when you were small.

Thanks Legend. :slaphead:
Such an anti climax having no players in the Monday night match.
Hoping both teams score.

Come on you!
You’ve had enough this gameweek 😉
I would gladly take 97 points right now and have no players in this game.
Lol, fair comment guys.
Brighton goal has put a smile on my face.
Jamie
And a Southampton goal has made my smile even wider.
