Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11. Friday gets the action started with one fixture when Villa play host to whatever Covid-free players Newcastle can spare. One can only assume that the game was played by itself so it wouldn’t infect any of the other fixtures.
Oh well, scrap that… We begin with Saturday bringing us four responsible fixtures. Burnley welcomes in the struggling Toffees, City continues their scoring revenge tour when they likely pulverise Fulham. The Hammers look to stop Bruno, just Bruno really. Then in the final match up of the day we see Chelsea tangle with Leeds.
Sunday gives four more encounters. It kicks off with a West Brom and Palace snoozer. That is followed by last place Sheffield Utd who are at the very least consistent unlike their counterparts Leicester, who win three and then lose two, win three and then lose two. First place Spurs versus fourteenth place Arsenal is the third fixture of the day, fourteenth place Arsenal, sorry just had to say that again, hehehe. Anyway, Liverpool battle it out with Wolves in the last game of the day.
The gameweek might be brought to a close on Monday when Brighton sees Southampton (Ole’s heroes) come in.

Don’t panic Constantine. Take stock and see what is the best team you can field with the players you’ve got already. Too many hits are damaging to your rank, especially this year, where scores are still relatively tight. Are those your existing players above? Well just use what you have this week. You’ve some good talent in there. No decisions until at least Friday. Bye for now and good luck!
Getting the Spurs boys back for a hit is only going to make your rank worse. They are good options because they are performing. However the stats say they are over performing

Hey AJW, Smash and GP. Sorry for the late reply. It’s wedding season here in India and been very busy lately. Had to attend three different weddings, that last for 2-3 days each. :wacko:
Really pissed with the last week’s result. No Salah, KDB killed the rankings. Planning to keep calm as GP has mentioned and will judge the situation on Saturday. Might get Jota in for Mahrez.
Also, missed the deadline for UCL. AGAIN…..
Which would you prefer?
Jota & Vardy or Salah & Bamford.

Looking to get in Liverpool ahead of GW12, my thoughts are
A: Ziyech to Jota
B: Kane and Ziyech to Salah and Wilson
C: Walker and Ziyech to Robertson and Jota
What do you think? Any alternatives?

Forgot to say I have 1FT 0ITB, B and C would be for -4.
I am leaning toward B and cap Salah.
I would say C. Kane is literally the top FPL scorer (Okay, him and Son).
What about Son in for Ziyech? And downgrade Walker if you need the funds? Kane & Son together for Palace could work a treat when many have just one or the other (like myself).

You’d probably have to sacrifice one of Kane, KDB, or Bruno. Tough choice, I’m in a similar position.

Have exact money to do vardy and jota > Bamford and salah. Should I pull trigger now?
Depends how much you want Bamford, he’s the only one like to have a price change soon. I’d perhaps wait at least until tomorrow’s CL fixture, though Salah and Jota may be rested for that anyway…
