Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 14. We are entering a busy FPL week with no less than 3 game-weeks covering the next 10 days. Game-week 14 kicks off tonight with a visit across the Severn for Wolves – Cardiff will be sniffing blood after watching Huddersfield tame Nuno’s pups last week.

Saturday then brings us six matches – first up we have five 3pm kick-offs as Palace host Burnley, Brighton go to Huddersfield, Leicester welcome Watford, Bournemouth try and stop Pep’s rampant machine and Arnie and his Hammers limp up to Newcastle.

The evening match sees Jose coming up against someone worse off than himself as United travel to Southampton.

Sunday sees our final three matches of GW14 before thoughts turn to the quick turnaround to GW15!
And it’s Derby Day all round as Chelsea host Fulham, Spurs go to Arsenal before Liverpool and Everton wrap things up for us.

Our Regulars League* for 2018/19 is now open and has a cash prize pool of £300 paid directly to the winners from the FF247 management team. The first 5 places are paid out in a tiered system.

*terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Management reserve the right to review membership of this league on an ongoing basis. If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

      • Thanks for that Brooky. To be honest, I was overdue some bad FPL luck after aceing 81pts and a leap into the top 7K last week. I knew it wouldn’t last 😀

      • Ha, just seen this. Excellent news. Captain Sterling does the business for me again (although a lot of others in my MLs have got him in now, so not quite the differential he was). Can he get me another goal to secure those BPs?

  2. More than anything, I’m happy for City to have lost their CS..All my ML rivals have either Ederson or a def

    • FPL aside, always wanted bmouth to make city work hard for their win/draw

    • Me too. I nearly brought in Ederson for Patricio this week, and was kicking myself that I hadn’t after last night’s result. Now I feel much better about not doing that transfer 🙂

  3. Looking for some initial ideas to start the brainstorming.

    • Looks like a decent team Pancho. Kane makes the difference. Sane/Silva/Sterling a must??

      • Thanks Constantine! If Kun has a knock and looks out for midweek then it makes things a bit easier. Maybe Kun & Martial -> Vardy & Sane?

    • Sterling is a must bit he has surely got to be rested midweek with Chelsea on the horizon ?

      • My feelings exactly Brooky. Was thinking Kun would start today and Sterling rested.

    Aguero to Kane and Robertson to ATT (4ph)
    or Hazard to Sterling and Robertson to ATT (4ph)
    It would take an 8ph to do all of the above.
