Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 14

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 14. We are entering a busy FPL week with no less than 3 game-weeks covering the next 10 days. Game-week 14 kicks off tonight with a visit across the Severn for Wolves – Cardiff will be sniffing blood after watching Huddersfield tame Nuno’s pups last week.

Saturday then brings us six matches – first up we have five 3pm kick-offs as Palace host Burnley, Brighton go to Huddersfield, Leicester welcome Watford, Bournemouth try and stop Pep’s rampant machine and Arnie and his Hammers limp up to Newcastle.

The evening match sees Jose coming up against someone worse off than himself as United travel to Southampton.

Sunday sees our final three matches of GW14 before thoughts turn to the quick turnaround to GW15!
And it’s Derby Day all round as Chelsea host Fulham, Spurs go to Arsenal before Liverpool and Everton wrap things up for us.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 14 from all at FF247!

  1. Hi all,
Is this good idea: Salah, Hazard & Success to Richarlison, Sterling & Kane?
    I have 2FT and 2.9 to spend.
    Any other good option?
    Thanks

    • Last time I moved Aguero out for Kane was the infamous GW8, in time for the latter’s game v Cardiff.

      I wildcarded the following week.

  2. Doing a bit of forward planning for when Murray’s good fixtures finish. Thinking Haz to Felipe Anderson,Murray to Kane then later Martial to KDB OR Haz to Anderson,Murray to Auba then later Fraser to KDB.
    What do you think?

  3. Jamie Jackson says hello!! smile

    • He is my (C) with a risk of PEP not starting him…so can’t help – that means Jesus is fit to play.

      • Bollocks! It’s the 2nd coming! Judgement day, when the almighty say,s ‘You should have captained someone else!’ Tell me it’ ain’t true! I’m one of the 50% who captained him too!
        : satansmoking :

    • Salah VC here, could turn out to be lovely, who knows, I’ll get back to you tomorrow smile

      • For me Sane is VC…in the worst condition both Aguero and Sane will not start. I need a new chip (PR – PEP’s Roulette) by FPL to set on Salah. smile

        • good 1 GM lol. they should also scrap the bench order and inform you who you want to substitute your blank player with,. at this point either looks unlikely to be implemented.

        • Haha smile

    • In fairness the tweet is quite vague.

    • What a pointless tweet.Why bother ?

    • On that note, I wonder what happened to Anfield Express. At least he was pretty accurate them days.

  4. Is this with a -4 for next week? It’s

    Haz out for sterling
    Kun out for Kane
    Salah out for mane.

Was hoping to sort heat out too. But would like Kane and sterling before their next increase

    • I like these moves Gavy, I’d even consider Sane over Mane, something I’m weighing up myself!

      • With their scoring form that would be a very nice move. Would leave me no pool over through sad

        • In the end it’s all about who will get you the most points, if you think that will be Mane then go with him, personally I think Sane will outscore him in coming weeks and possibly on the season.

    • Do you need to do the Salah to Mane transfer ?

      • The I’d be 0.1m short.. I could keep salah and lower Schürrle to a bench saver maybe

        • Ahhh saw the3m in the bank and thought you could avoid the hit.I agree with Rosco and prefer Sane to Mane.A lot depends on the team sheets today. You could probably just eithet do Haz to Sane Kun to Kane or Salah to Sterling Kun to Kane.

  5. Has anyone used there free hit yet?, midweek games might a good idea with roation

    • I used it last year very late. Their was a week with just 5 matches on so had 5/6 players with no game. I’d hold off for that

    • Week 31 (16th March) when the FA cup quarters cause fixture changes is usually best for free hit.

  6. It’s hard to believe that today in four years time we’ll be talking World Cup 😯
Check out Aguero lifting the Cup :smiling:
