Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 14.
It’s a tight and congested turnaround this week with all ten games condensed over Saturday and Sunday before GW15 then sprawls out over most of the following midweek before we go again next weekend.
Newcastle and Man City get us going on Saturday in the lunchtime kick-off with both having looked a bit lacklustre in their previous PL games, the difference being that the former lost and the latter still won. The traditional 3pm start time on Saturday sees four games with Burnley ‘entertaining’ Crystal Palace, Chelsea scripting Pellegrini’s P45, Liverpool checking their VAR panel are on message vs Brighton and Spurs wondering how many they will concede before scoring more against Bournemouth. Saturday itself ends with an odd one as the recently hapless Saints host the recently hapless Hornets, it’ll probably end up being 4-4 and the game of the season.
Sunday sees the sack race continue and Emery is in pole position at 2pm as he takes his ‘team’ to Norwich, whilst at the same time the genuine game of the week may unfold at Molineux as Wolves host Sheffield United. The GW ends with two 4.30pm games as Vardy and co. look to seal the fate of Silva and Ole will be hoping that Villa don’t add to the nails in his media constructed coffin.

Aubemyang just missed a penalty.
Krul is the penalty killer.
His third penalty stop of the season. If Norwich only could defend… He’d be a must.
As I say that Arsenal score the equalizer.
Oooh wait Var cancelled that penalty and made him take over again? Man, that happened to Ryan the other week… I lost a bloody penalty save that way.
oh you gotta love Tim Krul, even has time to get the crowd going haha
What happened? He got a yellow. And why was the penalty retaken? I had that happen to my goalie the other week. Was annoying as hell. Always the var ruining shit.
How did VAR ruin anything there?
oh mate you just gotta see it, my printed words cannot do justice to this high level of ‘gamesmanship’ it was a masterclass for future generations of goalkeepers

This season I seem to have a captain blank every week and at least a scoring on the bench player that never comes in. Hating it
Yeah Smash, too much. Last week Cantwell 10 points wasted on the bench. This week Dunk with 8 and now Cantwell again with at least 7 so far

The week I sell Cantwell, he then goes on to score well next couple of games. Then the week I sell VVD he also then goes on to score big. Sold Auba after last GW, and now he’s on the score sheet, w/ second half to come). Who should I sell next lads?! Haha.
