Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 14.
It’s a tight and congested turnaround this week with all ten games condensed over Saturday and Sunday before GW15 then sprawls out over most of the following midweek before we go again next weekend.

Newcastle and Man City get us going on Saturday in the lunchtime kick-off with both having looked a bit lacklustre in their previous PL games, the difference being that the former lost and the latter still won. The traditional 3pm start time on Saturday sees four games with Burnley ‘entertaining’ Crystal Palace, Chelsea scripting Pellegrini’s P45, Liverpool checking their VAR panel are on message vs Brighton and Spurs wondering how many they will concede before scoring more against Bournemouth. Saturday itself ends with an odd one as the recently hapless Saints host the recently hapless Hornets, it’ll probably end up being 4-4 and the game of the season.

Sunday sees the sack race continue and Emery is in pole position at 2pm as he takes his ‘team’ to Norwich, whilst at the same time the genuine game of the week may unfold at Molineux as Wolves host Sheffield United. The GW ends with two 4.30pm games as Vardy and co. look to seal the fate of Silva and Ole will be hoping that Villa don’t add to the nails in his media constructed coffin.

  5. The rounds are getting more and more weird. Only two clean sheets, by the visitors Crystal Palace and West Ham :no:

  6. Playing around with a few option for next week. Which of these looks best?

    1. KDB & Tammy > Rashford & Alli
    2. TAA & Martial > Aurier/Willems & Son
    3. Tammy & Martial > Mousset & Son

    • I don’t actually like any of them

      • Mostly what I want is Martial out for Alli/Son but I need to raise cash for that move.

        • How short are you on Alli for Martial. I’m suddenly tempted by BSilva as he’s had a rest though I might be mad

        • But yeah I’d be downgrading Pulisic (I think he might be rested) or Maddison to find Alli or Son. That’s the way I’d do it

    • With Tammy being involved the next few games is it worth replacing him?

      • If he’s back for the next game then you’re right.

    • Assuming Tammy is fit (rumours are that he is) if you really want to do Martial to Dele/Son, then you probably need to downgrade Maddison or Pulisic to bench fodder.
