Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 16. And we go again… We were promised ‘thick and fast’ in the weeks ahead, and it’s already starting to feel that way, as we have our 3rd GW begin within the space of 8 days, ‘get used to it’ is all we can offer by way of comfort.

GW16 is a tad Saturday heavy with no less than 8 games. We kick off with Bournemouth hosting Liverpool in the early one prior to five 3pm games. There are then two evening games beginning with a potential cracker as Chelsea welcome the Pep (rotation) machine at 5.30pm before Leicester take on Spurs in a rare Saturday evening treat at 7.45pm.

Sunday only has one game as a result, oddly. This one sees Newcastle play Wolves before Monday finishes us off with Everton at home to Watford.

Our Regulars League* for 2018/19 is now open and has a cash prize pool of £300 paid directly to the winners from the FF247 management team. The first 5 places are paid out in a tiered system.

To enter this one you need to be an active and recognised site member and you need to e-mail us for the league code – elleffcee@gmail.com

*terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Management reserve the right to review membership of this league on an ongoing basis. If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

    I’m itching to look at next week’s team already.

    • I always set up the formation for the following GW. Some people who are obsessed with TV start even with the transfers. It’s not recommended with so many midweek games in the UCL and EL.

    I went without ARS finally and as a Gunner I am happy – at least I can enjoy the match. But I sold Robo and got TAA – downgraded side-wise and the outcome is not so great this week – but hope TAA returns next round and carries on from there. At least this shows TAA is important to Klopp as protected for Napoli.

    • + 1 gm.. exactly what i said on TAA plus klopp being cautious after gomez injury. clyne not even fit so fabinho is the next best thing for us on that postion.

      • Robo vs Stanislas and Fabinho vs Fraser – good contest.

        • Klopp has said that Milner is at RB

        • Fabinho is useless (yet to settle down in PL) – will be big task for Keita.

        • I agree that’s he’s yet to settle. But he’s a little better than useless!

        • yeah.. read on sky that milner is RB. fabinho is better than useless and had some decent performances. let the season finish and then assess him.
