Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 16. And we go again… We were promised ‘thick and fast’ in the weeks ahead, and it’s already starting to feel that way, as we have our 3rd GW begin within the space of 8 days, ‘get used to it’ is all we can offer by way of comfort.

GW16 is a tad Saturday heavy with no less than 8 games. We kick off with Bournemouth hosting Liverpool in the early one prior to five 3pm games. There are then two evening games beginning with a potential cracker as Chelsea welcome the Pep (rotation) machine at 5.30pm before Leicester take on Spurs in a rare Saturday evening treat at 7.45pm.

Sunday only has one game as a result, oddly. This one sees Newcastle play Wolves before Monday finishes us off with Everton at home to Watford.

Our Regulars League* for 2018/19 is now open and has a cash prize pool of £300 paid directly to the winners from the FF247 management team. The first 5 places are paid out in a tiered system.

To enter this one you need to be an active and recognised site member and you need to e-mail us for the league code – elleffcee@gmail.com

*terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Management reserve the right to review membership of this league on an ongoing basis. If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

  1. People have sold Hazard (9 pts) Alonso(6pts) and Robertson(11pts) . Luckily I hold them all and although their price goes down due to all the sheeple selling I pick up 26 points by keeping the faith. Class is permanent!

    • +1 lets say it was a bad time to WC for the most and foolish enough for many to think bmouth can hold off this impressive LFC side.

      i look forward to next week and i hope we finally beat mou’s united in the league.

      • We cant say that people who’ve WCed have got it wrong. Obviously, they did it by keeping future games into consideration primarily and not just this week.

        • looking back at this, i was and my comment came out from the heat of the moment. i admit it wasnt nice of me and i am okay with the moves i made since i was following the crowd in my ML to try and keep a foothold of my top spot. i lost it today and that’s my fault but i still look forward to the chase. the guy ahead of me ended with 97 and i may not even cross 50 by monday.

        • Ha ha.To me it is just showing ignorance so i couldnt care less.To be fair the only big hitters that have performed this week are Salah and Hazard who had both failed to live up to their price tags in recent weeks.I was nervous about losing Salah but not Hazard and the trent benching was just unlucky.

      • Really?I am just saying as I see it as a personal opinion. Robertson with a dead leg rested midweek and thousands sell him.Hazard,penalty taker and classiest player with Chelsea. Alonso poor game last week but again,class. Knee jerk reaction to the slightest negative news. Maybe people are using them to WC to build a better team in their view. Each to their own,but all those players turned up this week to produce solid points. Lots of people regretting selling Salah as well,after his hatty

  3. I get Alonso in for Kane if he doesn’t feature… He’ll be on as a time wasting move for the extra time then… Can’t believe Haz got 9pts… That’s unacceptable 😀

    • will be in high demand again as they play brighton next. wonder if dunk will be sold out causing a price fall.

    • Zed, if we can get another then Kane’ll stay put and Poch will get the kids in.
