Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 16. Last week the author of this short article waxed lyrical about the return of ‘The Lord’ and Big Sam. Unfortunately we have no returning greats this week but we doubt you could top those two numpties anyway.
Chelsea, yet again, kick off our game-week at lunchtime on Saturday as they visit a West Ham side who have not been revitalised by their new manager. Hardly surprising as it is David Moyes.
3pm on Saturday afternoon brings us five more games. None of which are likely to set pulses racing. Marco ‘you’re not as good as Big Sam’ Silva brings his Watford side to Burnley. Crystal Palace who are unbeaten in their last four at home welcome Bournemouth. Newbies Huddersfield & Brighton face each other at the John Smiths Stadium. Spurs face Stoke as Harry Kane battles to save his FPL career. And a team who recently sacked Tony Pulis face a team who will soon appoint Tony Pulis as Swansea host West Brom.
Saturday draws to a conclusion as a Newcastle team in freefall welcome Leicester City.
For once, Sunday actually is a Super Sunday! At lunchtime Arsenal travel down to Southampton for a game that is nothing but an appetiser for what’s to come. At 2:15pm Liverpool and Everton meet for the 229th time. Recent history certainly favours the red side of Merseyside but Big Sam is likely to have his side fired up for the encounter. The main course arrives at 4:30pm in the shape of the Manchester derby as 2nd hosts 1st. Let’s hope this is more like last week’s game between United and Arsenal rather than the recent Liverpool v United game. Whatever the outcome Jose will surely have something to moan about.

This Chelsea defense looks weaker and weaker every year.

Alonso, Christensen looks a little green, Luiz is obviously out of favor, Azpi cannot cover everywhere, Cahill is solid average at best. hmm
Take nothing from West Ham though. Lost unluckily to City via a late goal last time around too. Seems Moyes is picking his boys up

First goal? I didn’t even predict him to play in the Team News article! In fact I made a right pigs ear of that line-up altogether
Definitely 1-0 to Cookie there and that’s saying a lot when he reckoned Chelsea would line up with only 10 men initially 
What I also knew but chose not to include in there is that Moyes has won 4 of his last 5 home games vs Chelsea.
Actually, wasn’t that bad looking at it again. Just Reid / Rice which was a late injury call and then Arnie / Fernandes.
Still 1-0 😉

They look great. If Antonio plays a ball correctly is 2-0, if the referee sees the handball on Christensen it is 3-0, but other than that they are playing well.
I went for 3 chealsa players… they are playing west ham….. why wouldn’t I:/
Fuck this ain’t looking good. No Kiko, Moreno or Lowton. Have 10 players and have taken a hit plus have Hazard and Morata
I believe it was announced this morning that Moreno is out for the next 6 weeks. So I would be looking for a replacement for him.
There was no exact time, but he was ruled out on Thursday/Friday. People did have time to get rid.
Whats up with Kiko,not even on the bench?
Anybody watching the Chelsea game? Is it just me or is Kante the most creative player for Chelsea today? He seems to be running that midfield and in the last 10/15 mins he has been the one charging at the defenders. If only he could add goals to his game!!
Kante always plays well. The rest of the Chelsea team did not do a great job today

That’s what I thought too. Decent investment.
Saw a bit of him a GW or two ago and thought he looked a nice player. Didn’t realise they classified him as a defender, think he is basically a winger.
Constantine, he looks a decent Moreno replacement for me, although I’m contemplating Jones if he is straight back in tomorrow.
