Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 17. This is our last ‘normal gameweek’ for a while; one that is separated by about a week anyway, without other ones following on in quick succession. The 4 gameweeks which follow this will be condensed into 14 days. And you thought rotation was bad last week?! This one may be more normal, or so you’d think…
We begin with Man City looking to respond to a rare defeat at home to Everton at lunchtime on Saturday. This is followed by five 3pm games; Palace look for a rare home win against Leicester, Huddersfield vs Newcastle promises to be a thriller *sighs, Spurs will be hoping Burnley haven’t quite found the eye of the tiger just yet, whilst Watford and Wolves will both be hoping to return to their early season form against Cardiff and Bournemouth.
Fulham will look to bounce back after their embarrassing Old Trafford mauling against a resurgent West Ham in the Saturday evening game.
Sunday begins with two games at 1.30pm with Brighton hosting Chelsea and Saints welcoming Arsenal before our gameweek ends at 4pm with Liverpool’s annual Cup Final that is Man United.

*terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Management reserve the right to review membership of this league on an ongoing basis. If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

Hazard over Kane any day, what was I thinking last week… So tempting to sell Kane for Hazard now…

Typical of Hazard.I held him for weeks when he did bugger all and had a couple of no shows.Took him out last week and he has already returned 3 assists and a goal ! Doesnt seem to matter which big hitters you own,its always the ones you dont own that that start smashing it !

This is not really going according to plan…
I was confident after yesterday, but if it continues like this I might even get kicked out of the cup my opponent’s ghost team… Not that I care about the cup, but that says something about my team’s score.
Hopefully Arsenal wakes up in second half.

after some opinions…
Is a Man City player a MUST?
I have Sane as my only Man City attacker, and I am tempted by Hazard. My other high tariff players are Kane and Salah.
If I sold Sane, Ederson would be my only City player.
What are peoples opinions on this? Cheers
Why would you sell Sane in his current form? Not recommend at all
Hazard less of a rotation risk and Chelsea have nice fixtures. Hazard is the overall top scorer in the game…
I never said not to have Hazard. I just meant not to take Sane out at his current form. You can make space for Hazard, if we can have a look at your team
I have not had any last few weeks and seem to be doing alright. Not sure there is a stand out player as goals come from everyone
Not sure I’d recommend it though as I want some City cover
I have Sane only, I am thinking of adding Aguero, not sure is it better to replace Auba or Kane, both not doing well this week.
