Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 17. This is our last ‘normal gameweek’ for a while; one that is separated by about a week anyway, without other ones following on in quick succession. The 4 gameweeks which follow this will be condensed into 14 days. And you thought rotation was bad last week?! This one may be more normal, or so you’d think…
We begin with Man City looking to respond to a rare defeat at home to Everton at lunchtime on Saturday. This is followed by five 3pm games; Palace look for a rare home win against Leicester, Huddersfield vs Newcastle promises to be a thriller *sighs, Spurs will be hoping Burnley haven’t quite found the eye of the tiger just yet, whilst Watford and Wolves will both be hoping to return to their early season form against Cardiff and Bournemouth.
Fulham will look to bounce back after their embarrassing Old Trafford mauling against a resurgent West Ham in the Saturday evening game.
Sunday begins with two games at 1.30pm with Brighton hosting Chelsea and Saints welcoming Arsenal before our gameweek ends at 4pm with Liverpool’s annual Cup Final that is Man United.

*terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Management reserve the right to review membership of this league on an ongoing basis. If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

My work colleague has accidentally left our private ML and we don’t know the code for the league, is there anyway to retrieve it somewhere?
The one who created the mini league “administrator” should have the code or he can send an invitation to him to rejoin.
Whoever is the league admin (created the league) needs to click on the Options button and then the Invite Friends one as per the pics.
Why do I go back to Harry Kane
Might switch him for Aguero!! Is treble city attack too much! Haha no idea what I’ll do this week with my 2FT! Was set to ditch sterling but him coming on has change the playing field ( not his scoring just actually coming on as a sub which hasn’t happened before!)!
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking of. Wildcard. Sterling will get points, might drive you nuts with rotation as well though.

My problem with him is he’s not scoring from open play. He’s scoring headers and pens. Some from crosses he’s not getting the other type of goals. Though Spurs are winning they are not smashing teams. He’s 12.4 that’s the problem
Smash, I’m not sure it’s him. He should have had a penalty today, which he almost never misses. I think Alli has been off the pace this season and Eriksen hasn’t been in the team consistently. The understanding that the three of them have had the last few seasons has been missing.
Now, he may not be worth the price tag this season. I still think he’ll score well though. The other issue is that he almost never gets rested, so in this busy period I think he’s a pretty ideal premium player to have.
I obviously may be biased, so take my opinion with a grain of salt
Hazard doesn’t get rested either with Sarri I think and he’s cheaper, has pens as Kane, has the fixtures as Kane, but he’s better from open play at the moment, almost impossible to prefer Kane to Haz at this stage imo! Also Haz is a mid so he gets more points in general, plus he’s better at bonus points I think, Kane needs to score to get bonus, Haz can get bonus even without scoring… How on earth is Kane a better pick than Hazard? (I just sold Hazard last week in order to get Kane 😆 )
Kane’s form is better than Hazards – could be that they factor Hazard as zero as he hasnt played
Finally double wolves CS and a Newcastle win. So far so good this GW!
