Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 18. And we are back. Again! Get used to the quick turnaround as it is exciting times right now. Presents to buy? Turkeys to prepare? Nah, screw that, it’s football time! Leicester and Palace kick off a bumper weekend that goes all the way through until Monday night this time. They get going at lunch-time on Saturday and are followed by five 3pm games. Saturday evening sees possibly the game of the week as Man City host Spurs in what is a truly mouth-watering clash.
Sunday has two games with Man united visiting Pardew and his West Brom team first, followed by Bournemouth hosting Liverpool. Or at least whichever version of Liverpool Klopp chooses to actually place on the field this time.
We continue through to Monday with Allardyce faced with a home game he is expected to win. Grinding out away draws are more his speciality so this one could be testing as Swansea roll up, legs akimbo.

Afternoon all,
My 2 cheap bench players are Marriapa & T Carrrol & i need 0.1 to get pogba in. The only place i want to get it from is these 2.
McAurther seems to have played a bit lately so i can always drop Carroll down to him, however with Marriapa dragged off early is his starting status a doubt now?
I know not having a full a full playing squad isnt ideal but happy to have 1 non player.
Would you do Marriapa to the non playing Mbemba & stick with Carroll Or swap Carroll to McArthur & stick with Marriapa?

In that scenario I’d stick with mariappa and swap Carroll to McArthur.

Thinks its the only move you have if you’re set in stone with your other players. He’s not guaranteed a start each week but looks like he’s getting a run-out.
Personally I would reconsider the Richarlison -> Pogba move though.

Hey Brooky or anyone else. Just heard Kachunga is out for 8-12 weeks. With Hogg suspended is Quaney nailed on for the foreseeable?
Can’t say I know a lot about the Huddersfield team but I still think he is a fringe player who will be rotated around with the strikers and wingers (not entirely sure where he plays).
Wouldn’t mind him becoming a consistent starter, have had him since GW1!
Hey Horse.I still expect Quaner to be rotated though he should deffo play more often.Vlp,Ince and Quaner will compete for the wide places while Hogg is only out for 1 game so Williams should slot in for him.There is also Kasey Palmer to fit into the equation at some point though he seems to have fallen on the wrong side of Wagner !
Just looking at Pogba’s price on FPL statistics and it says his price is locked and releases on December 25th. He was also locked when injured. How does a player get locked when the likes of Barkley and Bolasie have long term injuries but neither are locked?
It only happens when the red flag is removed from what I understand
Flag has gone but still says unlocks Dec 25th and he will probably play on 23rd.
Price locks for 8 days after any flag is removed.
My midfield has come a long way over the past couple of months… 😉
