Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 19. WAKEY, WAKEY! Christmas is over. It’s FPL time again! You’ve had your day off and as much as we hope you enjoyed your turkey and wine it’s business time again. We’ve even posted this an hour earlier than normal as a big fat warning that GW19 starts today at 11.30am.
It’s a whirlwind GW this one as we start today with no less than 9 games on Wednesday and finish tomorrow with just the one outlier. We then get Friday off before we begin again on Saturday. Fulham and Wolves open Boxing Day for us at 12.30pm before we see 12 teams contest 6 games at 3pm and there are some big hitters featured in there with Man City, Liverpool and Spurs all in action. Man United play too.
Brighton and Arsenal play at tea-time at 5.15pm before Watford host Chelsea in the evening game at 7.30pm.
Saints vs West Ham finishes us off on Thursday at 7.45pm.

Our Regulars League* for 2018/19 is now open and has a cash prize pool of £300 paid directly to the winners from the FF247 management team. The first 5 places are paid out in a tiered system.

*terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Management reserve the right to review membership of this league on an ongoing basis. If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

Barring no issues I think he will be my FT for GW20, just need to decide on who to take out for him.

Do I have to burn my first wildcard before GW 20 or can I technically activate it on Saturday for GW 21? I just don’t know when the second half reset happens.

The Wildcard chip can be used twice a season. The first wildcard will be available from the start of the season until 29 Dec 14:00. The second wildcard will be available after this date in readiness for the January transfer window opening and remain available until the end of the season. The Wildcard chip is played when confirming transfers that cost points and can’t be cancelled once played.

Currently on 71 with bonuses and whatever else Auba picks up in the second half! Half hoping he stays with the one goal though as my cup opponent has him as captain!

(1) I had Digne on pitch, then changed it to Doherty today
(2) Planned to buy Lovren for Lowe, but finally sold Fraser and got Lingard – at least got an assist
So I am beating around the bush, but not able to hit the bulls eye. Its the eternal story of my FPL carreer.

Word of warning – I’m planning on bringing in Salah asap so you should all prob get rid now…. cue 6 weeks of blanks.
Which 4.5 or less defender would you bring in? Bamba, Cook, Schindler, Zanka, Catchart or Femeina? Rest of defense is Robbo, Davies, Bennett, Obi Wan.

Personnally, I have chosen Femeina. He rotates fairly well with Wan-Bissaca.
I have just brought Salah in, please do not jinx him for real!
