Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 19
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 19. Our festive fixtures kick off with an unusually cramped yet elongated Boxing Day which begins at 12.30pm with Spurs hosting Brighton, followed by a raft of 3pm games (see pic below, we shan’t name them all), after which Brucie returns to Old Trafford at 5.30pm, and doesn’t conclude until somewhere around 10pm after Leicester and Liverpool get done. And with the lot being available on TV again you could feasibly watch 4 full games back to back. We bloody dare you…
There is a solitary game on Friday evening and that should be a cracker too as Man City go to Wolves.
And just by way of a gentle reminder GW20 then begins the very next day, roughly 14 hours after that final game ends.
The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.
Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 19 from all at FF247!
Thanks for reading Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 19.

Hey guys,
Just to keep you in the loop on a few things I’ve seen on Twitter:
Alli’s yellow flag is because he was seen holding his groin when he walked off at the end of the game yesterday, however Mourinho didn’t offer much in the press conference today: “I did not speak to him. Dele is a guy that last couple of seasons had some hamstring problems, so I do not know. I hope that it’s nothing.”
As for Jamie Vardy: “In terms of recovery, it is the second day after a game that is really tough,” Rodgers said last week. “We’re kicking off at 5.30pm at WHU. It’s just nonsense, really.” He also went onto to add that Jamie Vardy had “no chance” of playing in all four games over Christmas.
Liverpool have a chance of rotation, said Klopp ahead of GW20. “Fresh legs always helped us. You see the boys who came in – like in the Everton game – we made five changes. They were absolutely necessary, but really impressive performance-wise. So, we will do that as well now, of course, we have to and we will.”

Vardy had a rest last night from what I could see

Guilbert, Dendoncker ans Hanley don’t exactly make an inspiring bench for cover do they
Loud Atlas
The bench is the bench; I’d rather have money on the pitch

Any thoughts on my first WC draft? I’m out tonight so there’s every chance it will be my only draft!!
jamesimmo
Just as The B (and, as a result, Raz) would say: it’s “very standard” but for good reason. I’m fearful of the Salah–Mané combos. Maupay’s fixtures look great. Enjoy the big night! :drinks:
Kop Warrior
Cheers mate. I’ve never been one to deviate from the ‘standard’
inittowinit
You need a better keeper than that on a WC, their fixtures are horrendous (Utd, Villa, Chel, Leic, Utd, Ars) and they are doing paricularly badly against the better teams this season.
Kop Warrior
Well spotted. Tbh, I haven’t looked at the keepers!
inittowinit
No idea why I’m helping you but Bouremouth or Villa, maybe even both as a combo, although you could conceivably play either in all of the next 5, except one against City.
Kop Warrior
I need all the help I can get!
I think I’m going to go with Ramsdale.
Smash
Looks decent. Stick Ramsdale in. I’d maybe downgrade Sidibe to get a better striker but not sure on that
Kop Warrior
I don’t think that would free up enough cash to get a better forward!
Tekno-kun
Maybe Foster in goal? New manager and decent fixtures!
Kop Warrior
Everything was going so well until Jimmy fcked things up!
jamesimmo
Liverpool and West Ham have just had their DGW confirmed: ‘DGW25’ for future reference.
Kop Warrior
You sure that’s not DGW24?
jamesimmo
I would’ve gone for DGW24 but for the FA Cup matches that follow it. Perhaps that’s irrelevant and DGW matches are, by default, appended onto the most-recent Gameweek instead?
eresh12
its dgw24 jamessimmo

My apologies, folks, and I stand corrected; this actually nicely sums up my season thus far.
man u man
Guys any recommendations here?
2ft and 0 itb.

Option: Alli to Moura as a precaution, then you could upgrade Cantwell to someone not playing Tottenham
.

Great team that

For prosperity, and because I don’t like deleting the old one until the current GW is over the previous results were;
Loud Atlas
One of the 17.97% here :cray2: .
Stone Frog
Play Conolly (v BOU) or Lundstram (v ManCity)?
Loud Atlas
One of those flip-a-coin moments. Though playing Lundstram would mean potential minus points when they potentially get pounded.
However, he’s Lord Lundstram for a reason!
Unhelpful, I know  .
