We’ve written and re-written this about four times now this week. Which, quite frankly, is about three times more than we wanted to. We think that the following is about to happen. But in all honesty if it doesn’t, or if it changes again, please feel free to make up your own narrative and pretend that’s what we bothered to write instead because there will be no 5th!
We won’t list the lot (a picture is worth a 1000 words etc) but in short we begin with Wolves vs West Brom at Saturday lunchtime, and then we have 4 more games later on that day, 3 on Sunday, 1 on Monday, 2 on Tuesday, 2 on Wednesday, 1 on Thursday and we eventually conclude a truly long double game-week, over 7 days after it began, on the following Saturday evening at 8pm with Aston Villa v Newcastle. If Villa can be bothered to turn up. 15 or so games in total which means that 11 teams get to play twice. In theory.

Hopefully he’ll amble on after 60 minutes or so.

That was expected tbh. Liverpool have two hard away games next. Man United on Sunday (FA Cup) and then Spurs on Thursday (EPL).

That’s bull tbh. He’s the 2nd most captained by top 10k with ~36% choosing him and most overall. If he’d been generally disregarded for full time or viewed otherwise unfavourable much fewer would’ve have had the armband on him.

The cup is a sideshow. Nobody predicted Salah would be benched tonight (given Liverpool’s recent travails).

The 3 top captain picks failed-KDB, Bruno and Salah.
Nobody managed to predict that the likes of Stones and Antonio would finish 5 times better, points wise.

I’m not sure how to feel. This was me at the deadline and I was so concerned about getting a screen grab of TC mo to show my fellow contributors that when I hit confirm the game was updating.. it didn’t work.. genuinely can’t decide if I’m happy or sad my captain (not TC) is benched …

Would like to get another MC def.. replace Robo for Dias or Cancelo? I feel that Cancelo haul inc and perhaps he gets pushed up to mid with kdb out?

I’m debating this myself. Leaning towards Cancelo for the exact same reason you mentioned. It’s a tricky one though because KDB needs to go as well (if he is indeed out for the next 2-3 weeks).

Indeed thinking if kdb out for couple weeks get Dias and Gundaogan. My thought process for the next game weeks. Kane and Son to come in but open to other thoughts
