Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2

None of that Friday night nonsense this week. Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday with Cardiff hosting Newcastle, a game that has relegation 6 pointer written all over it. We then have four games at the traditional kick off time of 3pm. Everton entertain Southampton. It’s a battle of the animals at The King Power stadium as the Foxes host Wolves. It’s an all London affair with Spurs playing host to Fulham, while Bournemouth travel to West Ham. Saturday is brought to a conclusion with the game of the weekend when Chelsea host Arsenal at 5:30pm.

Sunday brings us another three games. Burnley host Watford in a game that is unlikely to cure any hangovers. Huddersfield will be hoping to improve on their opening day result but that’s unlikely as they entertain Manchester City. If you’re still hungover come 4pm you might as well switch off the TV as Brighton host Jose and his merry men.

Our game-week is brought to an end with the first Monday Night Football of the season and it has the potential to be a cracker as Liverpool travel to London to face Crystal Palace.

I’m getting Mendy tonight. That has to happen; the guy’s a beast. I’ll sell Shaw if Robertson doesn’t injure himself.

Sanchez being benched ruins this match but makes my decision even easier. I’ll have 9.5 to spend on a replacement:

    Mkhi? Bilva? Anybody else?

2 FT, 1m itb so 15.5m to spend on Eriksen & Ralls replacements.

Who would you go for? Ideally leaving me with cash to swap Robertson for Mendy in GW4

I guess we’re in similar boats! Mkhi would tempt me more in your case due to Aubameyang’s absence. Bilva plus him would leave you with plenty left over for Robertson —> Mendy later.

Thanks! Didn’t actually see the game today but D Silva seems to have been involved in a lot of play.

It’s probably a coin toss though so the cheaper option is probably the better one. And as you say, that’ll give me the chance to get Mendy (who will probably go up 0.2 this week).

Right FPL has been annoying this weekend so I’m ignoring it for the rest of the day. Time for some hard hitting shit… hurling!! Luimneach Abú!

Yesterday I woke up to a missed deadline, today I wake up to the results of that missed deadline; I’m on my WC and Aguero (C), feeling good and as yet no regrets! This 8 hour time difference might not be such a bad thing after all!
