Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2
None of that Friday night nonsense this week. Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday with Cardiff hosting Newcastle, a game that has relegation 6 pointer written all over it. We then have four games at the traditional kick off time of 3pm. Everton entertain Southampton. It’s a battle of the animals at The King Power stadium as the Foxes host Wolves. It’s an all London affair with Spurs playing host to Fulham, while Bournemouth travel to West Ham. Saturday is brought to a conclusion with the game of the weekend when Chelsea host Arsenal at 5:30pm.
Sunday brings us another three games. Burnley host Watford in a game that is unlikely to cure any hangovers. Huddersfield will be hoping to improve on their opening day result but that’s unlikely as they entertain Manchester City. If you’re still hungover come 4pm you might as well switch off the TV as Brighton host Jose and his merry men.
Our game-week is brought to an end with the first Monday Night Football of the season and it has the potential to be a cracker as Liverpool travel to London to face Crystal Palace.

Gosh they are 2-1 down and still no pressing in the middle of the pitch.
3-1 now.
They look mentally shattered, let’s see Jose’s credentials in the 2nd half..
Bailly & Fred are about as useful as a crocheted p1sspot!
Lol
Pulled that old saying from my youth about 70 years ago.
Hi Mosc! Hoe gaan dit mit jou?
How is your team doing?
Boy this stuff is complicated…to say the least.
Would not be surprised to see Smalling and Jones back next week
So D Silva or B Silva who’s the better option?
not convinced with bilva entirely. d silva for me.
Agreed boys. Im contemplating Eriksen to Dilva
I’m liking David Silva right now. The fact he dropped after his GW1 absence makes the bargain feel even better.
Luke Shaw: the spawniest pick ever? I almost feel guilty.
Yeah very
Yeah, now sell him. You’ve had his best days, all two of them
I need some help with ideas for forwards. Need to get rid of Auba to vamp up the midfield. Have .5mib 2T.
Want to bring Richarlison.
Who to replace Auba with? Arnau has some poor match ups…
Defense needs some work too.
Thanks
Mitrovic?
Zaha, as long as Liverpool don’t ruin him tomorrow night, looks like the best budget pick. Wilson’s a close second.
I’d be wary of Auba’s fixtures as well; you might regret losing Arsenal’s machine. That said, “might” always applies in FPL transfers, and you do need Richarlison more.
Now is probably the right moment to keep him TBH. Yes I know he was $hit against Chelsea
The only way to do that (without crazy hits) is McArthur out for Richarlison and King out for Joselu. Is Joselu a regular starter?
Thanks everyone

They’ve got 7 very winnable games on the bounce now. And I’d expect him to be heavily involved in all that. I’m looking at bringing him in myself in about 2 weeks time. Your defence looks good for a number of weeks there, apart from probably Shaw. It’s a tough call as you clearly need some pennies to play with to up him to probably Mendy and beef up two of your mids to Richarlson and whoever else. Personally I’d be taking Mane down to Richarlison, leaving Auba, getting Mendy (all this week) and then seeing what was left to get say Maddison for someone else the week after.
Yeah I agree I would not be losing Auba now. This is where his fixtures turn and could easily go on a run now
Please see my reply to VanDan…could work for now. What do you think?
Could do. I’m assuming you don’t like my proposal much
If you need enough money to strengthen midfield and defence you are probably looking at Ings which would give you a total of 6 million to invest.
