Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2

None of that Friday night nonsense this week. Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday with Cardiff hosting Newcastle, a game that has relegation 6 pointer written all over it. We then have four games at the traditional kick off time of 3pm. Everton entertain Southampton. It’s a battle of the animals at The King Power stadium as the Foxes host Wolves. It’s an all London affair with Spurs playing host to Fulham, while Bournemouth travel to West Ham. Saturday is brought to a conclusion with the game of the weekend when Chelsea host Arsenal at 5:30pm.

Sunday brings us another three games. Burnley host Watford in a game that is unlikely to cure any hangovers. Huddersfield will be hoping to improve on their opening day result but that’s unlikely as they entertain Manchester City. If you’re still hungover come 4pm you might as well switch off the TV as Brighton host Jose and his merry men.

Our game-week is brought to an end with the first Monday Night Football of the season and it has the potential to be a cracker as Liverpool travel to London to face Crystal Palace.

Congrats to BHA, time for Jose to go, 3-1 to Brighton is disgraceful.

      SecretZorro – what’s up ?

Missed your post the other day…
      Hope all is well !

I ll back you up on the “Jose to go” rant.

There are rumours Zidan was offered the job.
He ll be taking Qatar to the WC so not so sure if this is true.
Especially when Juve offered him a Director spot in the Board.

From all the Top managers in the world -> Jose is the one I dislike (trying to be polite) the most.

Never liked his style of play.
      His attitude.
      His arrogance.

He was sacked once in this league.
Here’s hoping UTD will give him the boot very soon 😉 !!

    Apologies re-post
Well done everyone that captained Kun and helped me decide to too!!
Hudson-Odei looks like he’ll force me to use a ft before he drops ….who’s best replacement? Stephens, Mendy, Masuaku, Romeu ….someone else? Someone who starts every week, ideally low ownership and attacking threat a bonus!
Was also gonna do Kun to Auba but now thinking Alonso could be as essential as always! Could do:
    1-Salah/Peltier to Mane/Alonso (gives me 12/13 Solid players but also a benching headache each week)leaves 0.8itb(Pickford to a 5.5?)
    2-Salah/Shaw/Pickford to Mane/Alonso/De Gea(without hit), leaves 0.8itb again
    3-Firmino/Peltier to Arnie/Alonso 0itb
    Any other ideas?
    Cheers

That’s a great team. Just let him rot unless / until you have nothing better to use a FT on? Yeah Alonso would be ideal but I don’t think he’s worth disrupting the rest for. 1 & 2 are both a big fat NO as they involve losing Salah, 3 is a no because of West Ham’s upcoming games. Shaw to Luiz?

      • RedKev says:

Thanks both! They got me 90 last week and on 72 atm with 4 to play!
I’ll probably go with Westwood for Hudson and will keep Salah then!
Appreciate Arnies tough fixtures but 3 would leave me with a good rotation option too. If I was to do Firmino/Shaw to Arnie/Alonso it would leave me enough to do Pickford to DeGea as well…what do you think?

Want to get rid of king Davis and probably gumundson for -4
    Suggestions.
Want to bring Arsenal and Chelsea cover.
    Pickford for Ederson.
