Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2

None of that Friday night nonsense this week. Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday with Cardiff hosting Newcastle, a game that has relegation 6 pointer written all over it. We then have four games at the traditional kick off time of 3pm. Everton entertain Southampton. It’s a battle of the animals at The King Power stadium as the Foxes host Wolves. It’s an all London affair with Spurs playing host to Fulham, while Bournemouth travel to West Ham. Saturday is brought to a conclusion with the game of the weekend when Chelsea host Arsenal at 5:30pm.

Sunday brings us another three games. Burnley host Watford in a game that is unlikely to cure any hangovers. Huddersfield will be hoping to improve on their opening day result but that’s unlikely as they entertain Manchester City. If you’re still hungover come 4pm you might as well switch off the TV as Brighton host Jose and his merry men.

Our game-week is brought to an end with the first Monday Night Football of the season and it has the potential to be a cracker as Liverpool travel to London to face Crystal Palace.

Morning lads, how’s everyone doing? Seeing some great scores with aguero captain. Been ok for me, currently sitting on 49 pts with captain Salah to go along with Firmino and Robertson.

Is anyone else holding fire on their 2 FTs? Also for the king off loaders, he’s got a decent record against Everton, so might be worth giving him one last chance.

I’m doing ok but everyone with Aguero as captain will have to wait till tonight to see where we really stand.
I had 2 free transfers too. I used one so far to offload Sigurdson and get on the Richarlison bandwagon. I still have one FT burning in my pocket (see my post below)

1 free transfer 0.9m in the bank
    Cairney Moutinho or King
Who goes? Who comes in? And why?

I would roll the transfer, team seems good enough for next week because I dont see how you can get Mhiki or arsenal coverage without a hit.

I’m hoping for a sign from anywhere telling me Iwobi is going to be playing from now till the end of the season.

        • Keethan07 says:

Agree, he got into some decent positions. Hold the transfer until Liverpool game is over, anything may happen.

Personally I’m likely to give Cairney and King one last chance too.

I know it is a luxury problem.
I cannot remember ever starting a FPL season this well or that I actually felt confident in the majority of my players in my team. I am sure this will change as soon as City and Liverpool start rotating due to European obligations smile

Morning guys. Hope you had a good weekend? 84 minutes into citys game i was all set on transferring out Sane and then he comes on, nearly scores, gets and assist and nearly provides another and looked really strong.. Keep him? Surely Pep sees this.

      Dutch-Delight says:

I am sure that all of City’s midfield players would easily start in almost every other team in the premier league.
However they all play in the same team. It caused me so much headache at the start of the season I decided not to pick any of them just to get a good night’s sleep.
I am not a City expert but I would have more faith in either of the Silva’s getting more minutes than Sane

I had captaincy on Aguero but the rumors of him not starting put me off. I hope Salah gets something to ease the pain. sad

i need to reshuffle my team any comments? wanna play wild card !

      RedKev says:

Only a couple of players there that a concern and the rest are pretty solid so don’t think you need to wildcard unless you’ve got a list of players you desperately want! Think Kenedy and Cairney probably main concerns and without anything itb think your only options to upgrade them is to downgrade Auba or De Gea! Auba to a £7m (Arnie) or a 6.5(Mitro) would give you £4-4.5 meaning you could swap Cairney & Kenedy to any 2 of Mkhi/Ricki/Pedro/Moura/Maddison etc for a small hit
