Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 20. Did you manage to complete our 4 TV games in a day challenge on Boxing Day? If you lived to tell the tale then well done and you can almost do it all over again today. Go on, we dare you…

It’s yet another GW spread over two days, only this time there are a few less crammed in on the first day as Saturday sees just 7 games beginning with Brighton and Bournemouth getting us started at lunchtime, followed by Newcastle v Everton, Southampton v Palace and Watford v Villa all at 3pm. There are then a couple of games in the 5.30pm slot with West Ham hosting Leicester and Spurs going to Norwich. Burnley and Man Utd see Saturday out in the evening fixture.

Sunday begins at 2pm with a London derby as Chelsea go to Arsenal, followed at 4.30pm with Wolves hosting Liverpool and the GW ends with Man City welcoming Sheffield United at 6pm.

Thankfully we all then get a bit of a breather as GW21 doesn’t begin until Wednesday.

The games in full…

  1. Going with this team after WC, all the best everyone laugh

    • Solid.

    • This is mine, is it okay?

      • No going back now. Last minute did the changes Cantwell to Graellish and Rash to Jimenez. Think Graellish is more important than Cant whom has terrible fixtures. Wolves fixtures are okay plus Jimenez is ace.

        • Oww shit, just noticed Martial is vice. Holy crap. LOLZ.

        • Looks good Raz, would definitely take grealish over cantwell. All the best

        • Tnx SNookie, That move also meant I had to downgrade Rash to Jimenez though. But I already have Martial… So hope it works out.

        • I see you also have Hanley. He should be third on my bench always… you reckon he will stay first choice in that team with the terible defense?

        • Don’t know Raz, just hope he comes and gives me two pointer if needed when there is heavy rotation

      • This is a good team. Wanted to go 3-5-2 myself, but don’t have enough team value.

        • When looking at budget strikers and midfielders, the strikers have a stronger chance of getting good points over the mids. So 3-4-3 is usually the best. Noticed Greallish has like 3 shots per game, or so. He has a little bit of a striker averages. But I would have preferred Jimenez and Ings… but I was 0.1m short. So Jimenez and Graellish it is.

          GOod luck this gameweek, B.

    • Good luck Snook. Ballsy to leave out Vardy.

  2. Brighton & Hove Albion v Bournemouth

    • Stan gets a run, good player, lots of injuries.

  3. Best of luck to everyone :good:
Let’s all face the rotation madness smile

    • Oh I went through all my players as captains today, you’ll never guess who I ended up with haha

  4. Best of luck all. Feels a little weird, to be honest. smile

    • Did a lot of transfers on my wildcard last minute. No idea what will happen. Having both Mane and Salah means I can easily upgrade one to Sterling with 1 ft. Jimenez to Tammy is also a possibility after Abraham gets a red card in the next game.

  5. After hopping between KDB and Mane for the last two hours put the armband on Kane at 11:29

    • Mine is on Salah. I got some big hitters in my team but had to sacrifice some other positions. Hmmm. Spurs could walkover Norwich with ease… Hope Krul has a good game, no offence. Hehe. Doubt it though. 😉

Hmmm. I went with the route of getting the big hitters of all respective teams: Mane/Salah/Martial/Graellish/KDB/Jimenez/Vardy and TAA. I had to sell Lundstram which feels killer. Had him in my team since day 1… I know he has terrible fixtures upcoming though. And even though he might get some points or goals… Starting him is pretty unlikely…. so those points would be on the bench.

      • I hope Kane gets at least a goal. He is second for projected goals scorers after Kun this week. Plus, Norwich are in a bad state, have conceded at least two goals in almost every home game.

  6. Let’s go, fancied abit of a change.

I’ll be back complaining at the end of the GW when it’s gone horribly wrong.

    • I accidentally put the vice on Martial. Deadly move if Salah doesn’t start or play. >.<

      • :hippo:

I reckon Salah will play, came off early last game. Mane probably more in danger.
