Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 20. Did you manage to complete our 4 TV games in a day challenge on Boxing Day? If you lived to tell the tale then well done and you can almost do it all over again today. Go on, we dare you…

It’s yet another GW spread over two days, only this time there are a few less crammed in on the first day as Saturday sees just 7 games beginning with Brighton and Bournemouth getting us started at lunchtime, followed by Newcastle v Everton, Southampton v Palace and Watford v Villa all at 3pm. There are then a couple of games in the 5.30pm slot with West Ham hosting Leicester and Spurs going to Norwich. Burnley and Man Utd see Saturday out in the evening fixture.

Sunday begins at 2pm with a London derby as Chelsea go to Arsenal, followed at 4.30pm with Wolves hosting Liverpool and the GW ends with Man City welcoming Sheffield United at 6pm.

Thankfully we all then get a bit of a breather as GW21 doesn’t begin until Wednesday.

  1. Moyeseh officially West Ham boss (again)

  2. This week I transferred in Sidibe on the back of his wing back Performance and 12 points the previous gw. They reverted to a back 4, conceded and have City next. He is my most expensive defender. Is he the most obvious to lose for TAA? other defenders are Soy, Kelly, Lunds and Dunk.

    Need to find 0.6 to fund it. Which would you prefer?

    1) Alli to Martial
    2) Morrison to Grealish
    3) Lunds to Hanley ( wud lose a decent bit of value but won’t be playing him in the near future anyway )
    4) Tammy to Ings ( prob thinking Jiminze there)

    Thinking 1 or 3. What do you think?

  3. Has 70-point-lead two rounds ago and now I’ve been overtaken by a team who bought KDB in for a hit for this week (why?!?) and captained him, whereas I capped him last GW and only got the assist… It’s still game on though I know and long season ahead but my luck needs to turn fast!!! smile

    • I’ve managed to pull back about a 70 points deficit this December. It’s just that time of year and I WC’d at the right time. At least it makes 2020 more interesting for both of us :big_boss: :popcorn:

  4. Had a bit of a shocker recently and fallen from 250k to 500k since GW16 due to a combination of poor transfers and Salah (C) in last two game weeks.
    This time I’ve got 2FT but 0.0m.
    Any thoughts on how I can get back on track please?

    • Feels like you have a great team! Maybe just Guilbert to someone?

      • And/Or Pope to someone?

      • Could move him to Holgate but they face City.
        Pope can’t really go anywhere without more funds.
        And I wonder if I should switch back to Mane

      • I’m with Zed – just Guilbert that needs changing at the moment. Rico or Saiss could be a good shout.

          Medium term I think that Pope, Alli and Salah vs Mane could be my problem areas. Not sure on Tammy either

        • I’ve had TTA from the start of the season, bar the GW he returned million points :suicide:

      • Cheers, Init. I could just go back to my pre-Pool-BGW team with Mane and TTA and forget about Salah and Sterling. It was all green arrows for me back then.

        • As tempting as it is it’s not worth it in relation to being able to play the DGW’s properly.

  6. Ali v Southampton or Martial v Arsenal?

    • Martial is a guaranteed goal against Arsenal I reckon, Alli will get an assist or goal to both decent options
