Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 20. How you feeling? Bit hungover from the booze? Stuffed from the food? Hands aching from making toys or building Lego? Or just bored of the mrs or in-laws? Whatever your state of mind, you’re back among friends. We understand. And better still GW20 is live! It’s an early(ish) start as Spurs host Southampton at Wembley in the lunchtime kick off. Six 3pm matches follow – Bournemouth host West Ham, Brighton go to Chelsea, Huddersfield welcome Stoke, it’s the bus convention at Old Trafford as United clash with Burnley, Leicester go to Watford and its Pardew vs Big Sam as West Brom ‘entertain’ Everton at the Hawthorns.
There’s some evening entertainment too as Liverpool host Swansea.
We then have 24 hours or so to recover before Newcastle do what they can to stop the Man City juggernaut. And then another 24 hour break before the GW finishes with a London derby as Palace host Arsenal.

Considering the fact that I somehow ended up with Morata as my Cpt (no more late night playing with the team!!) – I was pretty lucky…
WBA-EVE ending 0-0 compensated the lost pts from not captaining Kane…
Overall pretty satisfied !

76 with bps, Sterling and Sane to play. Christenson CS it could have been much better, hoping for another 90 odd point haul
79 with Sterling Walker and RLC to play. Not too bad following on from my 108 last GW. Has meant a massive swing in my ML, hopefully should be top by the end of this week.
Worried about the next GW as got lanzini and Kane with no fixture and plenty that will likely be rotated.
73 with Kun, Otamendi, Sterling and RLC to go.. With Kenny first sub, I’m actually hoping that Aguero gets rested so he can run out 90 minutes on the weekend.. I mean, It would be preferable if RLC was rested and I get my 6 from Kenny that way but I don’t plan on making any transfer this week so It’d be nice to see Aguero start against Palace. No matter.. happy with the steady green arrows (5 in a row) and might need a rethink about how to play near the top. Anybody with experience on how to gain ground in the top 5K (actually 2K) please chime in.
Stick with the tried and trusted in the main, and get lucky with the odd cheeky differential. That’s usually in the shape of a cheap 4th mid. Puncheon and Walters spring to mind from past experience. Obviously, don’t get them two now
Cheers Init, I’m in uncharted waters and it seems like the template really becomes another animal up here.. Jason Puncheon was one of my first FPL loves when I started playing this mind-bogglingly-addictive game a few years back. Thanks for the input.

I have Adrian already, and would be hoping to get in 3 more for a -4.
Looking at Kane, Lanzini/Arnautovic and Eriksen/Alli/Son at the moment. May have to do a -8 to make some of the combinations work though. My plan was to Free Hit but I don’t think its worth it any more.
That’s certainly pro-active.. Would love to have Arnie and Son for the double myself, but it doesn’t look likely right now.
