Cheers for these Cookie. Any guess on the West Ham presser? I won’t get thrown a curveball if I bring in Adrian today right?!
West Ham presser tomorrow
Cheers Kop.
Well, there’s a bloody surprise
Nothing from Watford mate?!
Cheers for sticking these up.
Hi guys I have 2FTs and 0 in the bank. My team looks weak for this week. Any ideas how I could use my transfers?
Cheers
Hi Smithy, aside from potential rotation, I think your side looks pretty strong for this week. I’m actually struggling to see where to use a FT! What’s your DGW plan? You could maybe swap a budget defender for a West Ham one?
Same as banjo, your team looks quite strong to me! I would indeed suggest selling Dunk to get Ogbonna/Masuaku to prepare for the DGW? Not much else comes to mind
Evening guys. I hope you’re all feeling as fat as me right now.
Is this side too risky for this week? I have 1 FT and 1.7 ITB. My current plan is roll the FT and then do Richarlison & Fabianski to Son & Adrian, which leaves me well set for the DGW.
Is that too risky for this/next week? Should I burn the FT on something else to limit any rotation damage?
Thanks.
Hi Banjo, I’m in a similar position, and I think my plan is the same, I’ll take the risk of not having enough players this week and save the FT to set up the double gameweek. It’s up for debate though.
I’d leave it be I think Banjo. I can see a lot of people fielding less than 11 this week. Especially those who have planned ahead for the DGW week, ironically.
Cheers guys. I think I’ll stick to my plan then. It also leaves me with 0.2 to do Son to Silva at a later date, if I so wish.
Hi guys, I hope you all had a very good Christmas and good gameweek! (although it’s not over yet!)
I don’t know if it has already been discussed, but do you think the arrival of Van Dijk at Liverpool will increase the likelihood of clean sheets for them? If so, would it increase the potential value of some of their budget defenders? I’m looking at Robertson or Alexander Arnold for instance, do you know if any of them are nailed, at least for the coming month?
Thanks for the help, and again for the awesome content on this website
Alexander Arnold was the stand out player of last weekend but I think he’d be more then likely the rotated player. I have Robertson and with no update on Moreno he’ll stay in my team for a while he was also taken off at the 70m make last game so should be freash for this weekend
Hi Frenchie. Both have been good for me, thanks. I think you raise a good point. Liverpool defense could start to become appealing. The problem at the moment is I’m not sure Klopp knows who his best fullbacks are. Robertson, TAA & Gomez all seem to be being rotated. If anyone nails down a spot then I think they’ll be good value. Until then I’ll just be keeping an eye on things.
Hi all, could really use an input or two on next week I have 3 plans.
1. Keep the FT and make no changes, the for the DGW, if hazard scores less then 10 points him to Eriksenand gross to Arnautovic.
2. If hazard dose his job. Pogba to son, same change with gross.
3. Change kane to a player I can 100% put the cap on and just bring him back next week.
Big issues are will aguero start, and Christian play or not. Carroll on the bench is ok, not big returns but should play. FemenÃa might be back but would make a Camieo at best. 1.4 itb
Number 1. And that’s regardless of how many Hazard scores.
Cheers initt, I like that one the most, for me Eriksen is likely to get the most minutes from midfield
Option 2 for me, Gavy. Hazard has been playing awesome. He’s been very unlucky not to score and assist in all of his recent games. He’ll be my cappo at home to Stoke for sure. You’ll need a little luck with potential rotation issues, but I’d just hope for the best!
I would have said number 1, as that’s what I had in mind for myself.
Banjo’s answer makes me doubt now
Haha sorry Frenchie!! I’ve seen a fair bit of him, and he’s had shots cleared off the line, been hitting the post, and has generally been involved in everything. I also spoke with my Chelsea mate yesterday, and he was banging on about how he’s been unreal this season. I’m keeping him, but I totally get why some are losing patience.
Cheers Frenchie. Yes Banjo has put a spanner in the works for sure! Lol
Think I’ll make a deal with hazard a min of a brace or I’ll do 1.
