Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 21. Much like Boxing Day we have 9 games on New Years Day, again with the potential to watch 4 on the bounce. This really hasn’t been a great one for family unity has it?! Screw it, the damage is probably already done by now…

Brighton and Chelsea along with Burnley and Villa kick us off at 12.30pm. We then have 3 games at 3pm, followed by another 3 at 5.30pm before Arsenal and Man Utd finish us off at 8pm.

The whole show comes to a conclusion on Thursday with just the one game as Liverpool welcome Sheffield United to Anfield.

    • It’s really annoying to watch him right now. He actually returns home when they are attacking…

  4. Car crash GW again. Vardy C KDB VC. Can’t catch a break atm.

    • Same…+ Rico coming on as a 1st sub. Horrible transfer this GW and 16 points atm, I think it’s an all time low.

    • Hopefully you have some Liverpool personnel to come. And it’s always best to see what the average is at the end of the GW before getting too despondent (or boastful). Like you I’m on about minus 50. I’m conning myself that I’ll make it all up with the chips later on.

      • TAA, Salah and Rashford left but without a C score I doubt it’ll help much

        • That’s not the worst trio left to play. Gutted feelings one day of a GW can quickly turn around.

        • & there are other contextual issues, like one’s mini-league(s) for example, where not everyone is hitting the stars and making the correct plays; often quite the opposite (speaking of myself).

    • Sam combo. On 24 (-4) I think. Have Salah over Mane. TAa and Rashford to go

      • Good trio to have left.

        I’m deluded enough to think I may get a freak bonus point to bring me up to a grand total of -10.

        Bad weeks serve to make the good weeks even better.

    • 49 is definitely not a bad score for this GW

      • Until we have the final averages – and today’s games aren’t done, nor this GW – it’s very difficult to gauge the (relative) success or failure of a GW.

        In general (for me) I consider any score >=50 a success.

      • Ivan writes well but English is his second language: long experience suggests that what he writes is often the opposite of what he means to convey.

    • Forgot to mention that Mane is still to play (if) but is there anyone who hasn’t have him.

    • I’ve got 23 as well and with Martial Salah and VVD to play I’ll be delighted to get to 50

      • Raz, it’s far from over yet as Kralin stated above. Many teams have Mane and Salah with a (C) one or the other, plus a Man U player. Things will change dramatically tomorrow night and that is what I meant :wink2:
