Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 21
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 21
Relentlessly this season’s FPL schedule hurtles us straight into GW21 with Everton v Newcastle at Goodison on Saturday lunchtime – just 28 and a half hours after Liverpool dusted off Spurs to round out GW20.
Following on Saturday we have three games kicking off simultaneously in what is becoming a bit of a throwback to days when FPL was ‘normal’. At 3pm we have the Blades of Sheffield United looking to slice open the other half of Manchester as they travel to the Etihad to face City and try to secure the Manc’ double and haul themselves closer to safety.
It’s The Eagles v The Wolves at Selhurst Park and West Bromwich Albion v Fulham in a game which will be shown live on the BBC – talk about slim pickings!
Arsenal v United is the teatime offering and then it’s to the south coast, for Southampton v Aston Villa which rounds off the Saturday entertainment.
Sunday sees Chelsea v Burnley at twelve as Tuchel faces Sean Dyche for the first time (someone should warn him he’s not the pitchside security) then Leicester v Leeds follows at 2pm.
To round off the weekend, Thursday’s gladiators make their appearance as Liverpool head to the London Stadium to challenge Top Four rivals West Ham (yep) and Spurs head to the Amex for an appointment, minus Harry Kane (probably), with the Seagulls of Brighton.
The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Little Red Lacazette
I remember you said nothing to worry about Stones…with Dallas…
OddDane
You heard it here first :wink2:
OddDane
You must be in top 1k by now LRL
coys9
Have both Bam Bam and Dallas :biggun:
Smash
This is a pretty terrible watch having sold Bamford for DCL and having no players involved
Smash
Was always going to be I can’t win lol
bees393
Same here…so disappointing.
TheDreamers
Smash – I have him benched
Shadow
Thinking Foden out for Barnes
Gavy
Not the worst idea, or Maddison for set pieces.
Vardy back in 2 weeks could help with assists too
Gavy
I know people aren’t a fan of people talking about the next gw while this one hasn’t end. But with the next one starting in 2 days hope it’s ok
So looks like kane will be out too long to keep on the bench. So who’s my best option?
1. Antonio
2. Laca (pending updates)
3. Dcl
4. Any ideas welcome
Smash
I don’t see an obvious striker to bring in for Kane is more the issue I’m finding: Hopefully we will get more info. He plays West Brom in a weeks time that’s the fixture really.
Gavy
I hope so. Easy captain call if hes back.
I have 2.9 itb.was just with saka and stones not start this week left me short.
OddDane
Antonio and DCL have decent fixtures. There’s also Richarlison ofc. Jesus if you’ve got the stomach for it.
Gavy
Have triple city already and don’t fancy the hit.
Antonio is the front runner. If he scores later hes In
OddDane
Didn’t see Ederson. Solid choice there.

Mane misses out as suspected. Firmino on bench.
OddDane
😯 Nervous about Pool’s offense now
TheDreamers
ITs very weak OD. Origi been very poor in particular
OddDane
Agree Dreamers. Salah may not get any service and all Hammers will be on him
Gavy
2 penos for Salah please
MrMajeika
Bamford to dcl worked out well… :suicide:
Smash
Yep feel a bit sick
MrMajeika
Blanked against Brighton and Newcastle how were we to know
Mito21 @TheLegendMito21
Bamford is like a slot machine you don’t walk away when it hasn’t given you anything, you walk away when it has given you something.
Smash
Prob fair. You have no idea when it will pay out either
TheDreamers
Assist now as well. PLayed Watkins over him
